THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. The front staff is the worst, especially Amber. We lived here for the past year and a half, breaking a lease is a nightmare!!! we ended up paying over 2 GRAND and then getting charged 600 dollars in random move out fees. The office staff lies constantly, save your money please and go elsewhere. They seem nice, but the pool is always freezing cold, and there is literally dog poop everywhere. The maintenance will also tell you one thing, and then when we got our final move out bill, we had the most random charges that we were never told about in our walk through. I was reading past comments, and it seems they’ve done this a lot with random move out fees, so it’s not like a one time thing. We then tried contacting Amber (the office manager), but she didn’t seem to care, and acted like everything her staff said was true, didn’t even listen to what we had to say. They act like they are your friend, but then will screw you over. This place will do ANYTHING to get money from you, ANYTHING. Please, please listen to this review, and do not live here. We were treated horribly by the office, and they kept trying to communicate through email and not returning our calls. Go next door to San Lagos!!!

I lived here for two years. Over that time period I observed the type of tenants deteriorate. The biggest problem was people with dogs allowing them to defecate on the grass and not clean up after them. Some even went on the sidewalk where it was easy to step in if not looking down. Some of the maintenance people have questionable skills and will debate on how to fix something with the tenant. We had a flood from an unoccupied apartment upstairs and it was clear the on-​call maintenance man did not know how to vent drywall to allow drying. This nightmare went on far longer than it needed to due to incompetence. I endured noisy neighbors who yell outside at 2 in the morning and sound like a herd of elephants when walking upstairs due to poor insulation between floor and ceiling. Lastly, upon move out I was denied my security deposit over a false claim that will have to be settled in court. For less hassle look elsewhere.

Worst call center I’ve ever met. For them the customer is always wrong. The management won’t meet you without an appointment (yes they are so cool!!!). So Someone from call center set an appointment without checking the managers’ availability. There was no one at management office at scheduled time and I had to wait an hour as no one at call center knew why there isn’t anyone and when they will cone back. I had to tell the whole story to every single assistant at call center because no one made any note about my claim. Very unprofessional stuff.

We have lived here for 4 months and it has been great. Beautiful community, friendly neighbors, and the girls in the office are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Amber. Repairs are done in a timely manner. No issues here, wonderful place to live.

I’ve been living here since ⁴⁄₁₃ and I very pleased with this complex. Haley was our leasing agent that works in the office and has been nothing but kind and helpful. I have put in a maintenance request twice and they catered to my needs right away. There are tons of places for parking and many doggie stations which is convenient for pet owners like myself. The complex too is very beautiful and green. I will be signing a lease again with Sage Stone.

Not the best place to live but affordable if you go to MWU. Their front office was not the best when I lived there. They ask their residents to post on Unilocal to get free Starbucks gift cards.

The staff is nice and they have cute low budget events for people who live here. Convenient tiny gym, pool, and hot tub. Kind of expensive, but better than some alternatives. Happy I left but it was a good time.

Grounds are nice. Office staff is hot and cold. I could write and novel on how horrible our stay was. We ended up breaking our lease an TOLD them we had people coming to take it over. Well they couldn’t make money on that so they rented it out from under us WHILE we were still in and and while they knew we had someone coming. They did a walk through at move out with us we had miminal damages like a FIFTEEN DOLLAR OVEN RING. i could’ve bought them one at the dollar store!!! and than did one behind our back an charged us 1000 more! Crooks! Only want your money. I think the rudest ones name is Lisa… Than comes lekeysha and she’s not pleasant either and neither were my party animal neighbors that we left because of!
