SVHS, LLP is the blended result of a merger of 2 firms with a rich heritage in providing financial, tax and retirement advice to business owners, professionals, performers and real estate investors. Parts of our firm have been in the Southern California business community since the 1940’s.

Meet the Business Owner

Michael V.

Business Owner

Michael is a 34 year veteran of the profession. Since 1992 until the merger with the Sadd firm in January 2010, Michael founded and ran his Accountancy, Tax and Consulting practice, Velazquez & Associates, Inc. in Glendale, California, providing services to business owners, real estate investors, professionals and non-​profits. Michael also founded US Wealth of California, LLC, providing wealth management services to many SVHS clients. Mr. Velazquez is a graduate of the University of Miami Business School, and conducted post-​graduate studies at Inter-​American University. A partial list of past employers includes Arthur Andersen & Co., Chase Manhattan Bank, & MCA Inc. Michael is fluent in Spanish & has appeared regularly on radio and television, speaking as an expert on tax and financial matters, and has been the author of several articles in both English and Spanish.
