Established in 2008.

The inspiration for our delicious and extraordinary cakes at Royal Cakes began with our grandfather. He was known as the town’s best baker who was always baking something special! There was never a birthday without a fabulous cake from grandpa! It was his immeasurable talent and our culinary passion that motivated the establishment and success of Royal Cakes.

Now generations and decades later, Royal Cakes continues to serve the California wedding industry with stunning creations for life’s most precious moments. Based in Los Angeles, this powerful duo constantly pushes the limits on cake designs, from timeless to contemporary hand-​crafted delicacies. With a fantastic team of cake artists, you are sure to have the cake of your dreams created.

Great cakes… the best in town or maybe the world! They have done cakes for several of our events and have always done an amazing job. If you are looking for the best, do not look anywhere else. Not only the designs are out of this world, but their cakes taste great too!
Make sure to call at least 2 months ahead as they are booked well in advance. There is a reason many celebrities get their cakes from these guys!

How lucky am I to have found Royal Cakes??! I’m so grateful that I was able to book them to make my wedding cake ! Starting my wedding cake research, I had many options and many referrals as to where I should get my cake from. Luckily, a close friend suggested Royal Cakes and I decided to give them a try. I set up a cake tasting and I knew I was in the right place !!! They knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t look at me like I was crazy for wanting gold on my cake lol. I felt so comfortable with them and their vision. I told them what I wanted and not only did they make what I asked, but they over exceeded all of my expectations! Everyone at my wedding was in shock at what a gorgeous cake we had. Not only was it beautiful but it was actually DELICIOUS!!! Most cakes that are pretty are dry and bland. BUT NOT THIS ONE! I can honestly say, that my wedding cake was the BEST cake I’ve ever had. I’m sooooo happy with the way my cake turned out and I can’t thank Royal Cakes enough for making my wedding PERFECT. I’m officially a lifelong customer !!!

My husband and I were so happy we used Royal Cakes for our wedding. I was looking for a specific image of a cake, and they knew exactly what I wanted without having to show them any pictures. When we met with them they were so prepared and it was easy to fall in love with them! We loved all their flavors, and they made it fun and easy for us to choose. Our guests loved the taste of the cake, it was perfectly made! Royal Cakes were very organized and on time for my wedding and made the whole process seamless. We would highly recommend them, they are incredibly talented and are true artists.

Best in the business!!! Went in for our kids christening cake, and what a pleasure it was to work with such nice and professional vendors. Arax and Rolan are absolutely amazing! Not only are their cakes a work of art but taste absolutely amazing! We were so confident that they would do an amazing job we left the decision on what our cake should look like on them (since their the pros) and they passed all our expectations! My kids cake was absolutely beautiful!!!

Roxy & Rolan are an absolute gem to work with! Not only are they amazingly talented and creative, they are both such hard-​working, humble, sweet and understanding business owners who really take pride in their customer service and the originality of their creations.
Being an Event Planner & Designer, i’ve had the pleasure of working with them on a number of events, being blown away by their cakes every single time. I don’t review other vendors often because of my expectations of quality service, but will gladly give my HIGHEST recommendation to anyone seeking a unique cake for your next event. Being a wedding planner & bride, I was very picky when it came to my wedding cake. I knew I was in good hands when Royal Cakes did my bridal shower cake. They are VERY professional & easy to work with. You literally pay for what you get & MORE. They left me speechless & in awe when they did my wedding cake. Talk about a dynamic duo! My husband and I were fortunate enough to meet Rolan and Arax when we were planning our engagement back in 2010. Having them make our special occasion cakes has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. Ever since then, Royal Cakes has been providing us with their one of a kind and delicious cakes for all our special occasions. It was a no brainer to have them make our wedding cake, (which I absolutely LOVED) and recently our welcome baby cake. Their work is beyond exceptional, detail oriented, and heartfelt. They truly are a pleasure to work with and we look forward to working with them in the future.

I’ve had the greatest pleasure working with Arax and Rolan since 2012! They were truly one of the greatest vendors I worked with. They made everything extremely effortless and worry free for me. They even went over and beyond my expectations and delivered one of the most beautiful cakes I have seen (not just because it was my wedding). There was no argument about the taste… all the choices were so good that my husband ordered one of each flavor!
Just recently I had asked them to create a cake for my baby’s first birthday. Once again, planning was effortless, design and the cake itself was beautiful and the cake was so delicious that even the photographers and I dug into it!
Overall, I would highly and indefinitely recommend Royal Cakes! Thank you for always taking care of me and turning all my special events into special memories!

I have to say this place is hands down the best!!! Never have my fiancé and I had a bad experience here. The cake for our Baby Shower event came out exactly what I envision. Roxy was very helpful from the start. She is very creative and has so many great ideas. Oh and the cake tastes ssooOoo good! You definitely won’t be disappointed and your not gonna want to eat your cake lol. Yea it might be a little on the expensive side but it’s all worth it at the end. You will have endless smiles on your face and everyone will love your cake.
I was highly recommended here and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for the perfect cake to come here for any type of event; you won’t be disappointed.

I Love Royal Cakes, they really do live up to their name like my sister said in her earlier review ;)
I loved the creativity and the love that goes into their cakes; it’s a real talent to make cakes at an expertise level like they do!
I’ve seen designer cakes before, but nothing like Royal cakes.
For example, the hazelnut chocolate flavor is one of my favorites, the cake is so moist, decadent and rich!
We are sitting down with the owners before my sisters baby shower and we were just throwing ideas at them and they were drawing them out, taking notes, giving feedback and making suggestions on what has looked better or what would mesh better with the rest of the designs.
I loved the level of professionalism, and amazing cake design/​flavor!
I recommended to everyone for every occasion!

To explain my experience with Royal Cakes, it was just amazing from the very beginning.
I am so thankful I found them, they are so creative and professional in everything they do! They make a great team. I loved the fact that our consultations weren’t rushed at all, they really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made suggestions to meet my expectations. I knew from the very start that I didn’t have to worry about them meeting my expectations, I had a feeling of trust (which was rare because with my other vendors whom I needed to be on their backs lol)
I wasn’t from the area, and sometimes I couldn’t make it on time for consultations, or sometimes I had to reschedule my consultations because I happened to be in the area. They made the process so easy and stress free & were very understanding in this matter which I really appreciated.
Now, the CAKE! It was breath taking! I couldn’t believe how BEAUTIFUL it was! It was way more than I had expected! It truly went above and beyond my expectations. It was worth every single penny! My cake was very high quality and very detailed from top to bottom. ‘Til this very day I still get so many compliments and questions about my cake. It was a master piece! I didn’t want to cut it lol the flavors were yummy! My husband & I were very pleased with the flavor. I still have the top tier as a memory.

From beginning to end, working with the amazing people at Royal Cakes has been a phenomenal experience. Roxanne was very prompt in answering my original e-​mail inquiry about a cake I wanted to order, and flexible with arranging a meeting to design/​sample the cake. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.
The cake itself came out breathtakingly beautiful, and it was designed exactly to each specification we asked for. Each and every guest at the wedding came up and commented on how gorgeous the cake was. The night was filled with non-​stop compliments! The taste was also very good – it was marble cake with hazelnut/​mocha frosting. The marble cake looked beautiful when cut into as well (though it looked so good, we felt bad cutting into it!). I hope we have the chance to work with Royal Cakes again in the future! Thank you for making our celebration that much more special with this work of art.
