We were here on Sunday night and it was quiet. Service was great, waitress very friendly, food good and beer good. We sampled all the beers(look at pics I posted) and my favorite is definitely the Belgian Tripel. We will be back!

Great service= 5 stars Clean restaurant = 4 stars Food= 5 stars I noticed they had lobster dishes and so I had them make me something not on the menu… Lobster Mac completely threw them off. after they got permission it was made for me… so delish! My mom got a burger which was amazing too! Paired up w some great beer and lunch was perfect. The only negative was the hostess opened up the patio door and I swear 100 flies came in… that’s the worst thing ever for me. not his fault tho… the manager came to our table and hung out chatted w us checked on the food was a real nice guy… for chain restaurants this was great.

My boyfriend kept telling me about this place he had been to a few years ago with a really cool beer flight. Well, the drinks were about the only good thing about this experience. We were sat pretty quick but took 10 min to be greeted. It took another 10 to get the drinks and order. When the food came out, our server was nowhere to be found. All of the few times she came to the table she was pretty friendly and personable. We wanted water and extra sides of sauce and had to stop other people to ask for it. Our food wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t good enough to want to go back. Our server never once checked on us during our entrée. When she finally did come back, we asked for a box bc we wanted to go, another 15 min to get that. I found a manager on the way to the bathroom and told him I was not impressed and probably would not be back. The worst part: he knew who our server was! Before I could even say her name. That. is. awful. If someone messes up that often, she should no longer work there or fill a hostess position. The manager did take care of our bill, which was extremely nice. But I can’t imagine they’ll be in business for long if he has to do that for all her tables.

I think our waiter was sick or something. Or he just hate his job. the visit here was bad here. There were no hostess, I had to direct myself to a table. Took 15 minutes to get water and the menu. We ordered the nachos VEGETARIAN of course. Oh dear buddha. It was heaven. All it was missing was salsa or hot sauce. The server took so long to come so I had to get up and help myself to get some. I had to get up to get napkins, and get up to ask for more water. Pretty much I had a horrible experience.

Burger was just ok. The Waitress was awesome and deserves to work at a better establishment. She is the only reason that I added a star. We ordered within 5 minutes of being seated. The place was empty on Monday night and it took 50 mins for three burgers. The 2am burger was pretty boring And not worth the time and price even with hash browns and a fried egg. The fries were once frozen. I will never make the mistake to choose Rock Bottom over Freddy’s ever again!

I’ve only eaten at Rock Bottom a few times but once again, I am very disappointed in the quality of the food. However, this time even my «craft» beer was disappointing. I chose a red ale that should have been clear and bright but instead looked like chocolate milk! Apparently it had been drawing cloudy for a few days, but«don’t worry, it should taste fine!» Um, no, I don’t think so. As for my ribeye steak? Medium rare yes, but riddled with gristle and inedible. The mashed potatoes were whipped to a starchy goo and the asparagus stringy and overlooked. Our waitress was a sweetheart and did her best to make things right but in the end could only wish me a happy birthday and hope my day improved.

Greasy Bottom and Stony Service. I had never been to any of these chains. We had some time to kill so we popped in. The high top was so out of balance we moved ourselves. The menus felt so grimy I washed my hands after ordering. The server was high on weed which is preferable to her being high on tweak but still. The beer was cold and quite good. We ordered nachos. They are HUGE. but they are greasy. I felt gross after eating them so I didn’t order anything else. My husband ordered wings. He said they were good. The server and her backup were very cool about bringing beer samples, that we hadn’t even asked for. That was a fun and gracious surprise. I can’t say I’ll go back. There are just too many other places w cold beer and better food.

Food was good. Only issue with this place was the hour long wait. Place didn’t look busy. Was sat down immediately, 10 mins to order food(not bad). The 45 mins waiting for the food come was bad. I had a bacon cheese burger. Patty was suprisingly small compared to the bun. Chipolte mayo was goid. Wife had fish and chips, no complaints other than the fries were burned. Son had the pulled pork. Was tasty but looked unappealing. Lump of over mixed pork. Cole slaw is just plain bad.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Not one to complain and understand the frustration of waiting tables but this was beyond ridiculous 9:30 pm on a Thursday night. A handful of patrons throughout, at best Several employees everywhere(not busy) Wait approx 7 – 10 mins … No wait staff Ass the ‘bus boy’ if anything be is working out area who states rudely«I told them to wait on you» A few more minutes later a guy shows up slump shouldered acting as though he’s doing us a favor asks something like«how can I help you» We order water and apps. He doesn’t say anything and walks away 10 more minutes goes buy, literally… Maybe 15… We just leave. WTH??? We’re doing them a favor?!? Someone else got our business

Rock Bottom is a chain restaurant that with its own inhouse brewery. The menu as such, offers comfort-style appetizers and meals that pair up with those inhouse beers. This location is busy. Busy busy busy. So busy that you have to park across the parking lot and walk what seems like one or two blocks to the restaurant. It’s probably not that far, but this place is hummin during peak hours. As busy as it is, the restaurant does a good job turning tables and even though you might have to wait, the wait is never really that long. The staff itself is well trained and quite pleasant. They’re good at explaining any questions you have and very quick to offer a beer that pairs well with what you’ve ordered. If you have a bigger party or a celebration, the restaurant does offer a banquet room of sorts. Along with your own servers, the room is fairly spacious and also a little bit away from the main dining room just in case you want to be a little loud.

Having a late lunch with my other half. We ordered the Cuban Cristo and the Fish and Fries they where excellent. Service was excellent. Jessica who was our hostess was also our server. She very attentive and understanding because I can be a high maintenance customer at times. Definitely will recommend the hidden treasure to my friends and I will be coming back more often. Thank you Jessica you rock!!!

First, let’s establish ethos. I’ve been living in the Pacific Northwest for the last five years and haven’t wasted a second enjoying the world renown beer scene(e.g. Ninkasi, Deschutes, Rogue, etc.) so believe me when I say that I know a good beer when I taste one. I was blown away by the this location of Rock Bottom. I wasn’t expecting to find this quality of local beer in Phoenix. I had the Coffee IPA, Wicked Elf Ale, and the Hefeweizen. All three were fantastic. In particular, I have to compliment the brewmaster, Jeff, for his skill in brewing Belgian style beers. The Wicked Elf and Hefe were on point. Next, the service was great. Our two bartenders, Bryan and Ryan, were super friendly and attentive despite the packed bar. 10⁄10 I would strongly recommend this place.

This place is great if you’ve never had a beer or food not from a third world country. Avoid this place as if it were the sticky table I am sitting at writing this. The beer is undrinkable and the food is pretty bad. However, the salad came with a great surprise, soup at the bottom! Or dishwater.

Stopped in to do some work and kill time until my flight since I was in the area. Bartender was awesome with the service and friendly. Local beers were good and the Southwest Eggrolls were amazing. Will definitely stop by next time I’m in town.

We enjoyed the post 9pm reverse happy hour pricing as we dashed over here following a Circus to catch the end of MNF. The restaurant portion was closed already, so only bar seating available. Most of the small crowd were regulars and we ran into the one Colts fan in Arizona… too bad they lost in OT buddy. Oh yea, the prices for most drinks and about a dozen food items were terrific. We got that full size pepperoni pizza and an odd, but tasty black bean egg roll item for only nine bucks. You also must try the vanilla coffee stout beer, which cost $ 3, and had a 7.6% ABV. It was a good meal and the rest of the menu looks good as well, especially the Brisket pizza.

You have to try the Crispy-Spiced Salmon Bites with Pineapple Salsa — WOW! You won’t be disappointed! Does have a bite, you’ve been warned! Service was wonderful! Not too noisy, but I came in on a Wed. night so might be different later in the week. Nice separate meeting room in the back. Great experience!

Came in on a Friday afternoon after an afternoon of shopping in Glendale with my husband. Happy Hour 3pm-6:30…Jackpot! The flight of beers is a bargain is you aren’t sure what you want or like trying new things. $ 6 for 64 oz pours. The waitress was even kind enough to let me pick more than 1 from the specialty list. The Blonde and Heff from the House regulars are both very good, but the Three Pepper Ale was AMAZING! super light and refreshing with a slight kick. We were so disappointed we could not get a growler to go to share with friends on game day! Tried the spicy sausage and cheese pretzle bites on($ 2HH). Loved them, but if that is the regular portion, then not worth the regular price(6 bite size pieces not with 4 bucks) Shared the Cuban Cristo sandwich. AMAZING. It is Ham, Cheese,(hold the pickles), pulled pork, honey mustard and mayo on sourdough and battered like a Monte Cristo with sweet and spicy jelly. DUDE… you should try it! Our service was great in the bar area! Will be back when we are shopping in Glendale!
