Established in 2004.

Rich & Dick Conrad realized their long standing dream of owning a business together & purchased our first franchise in 2004. We have grown to 50 agents during that time and have made many great friends during our journey together.

As owner of RE/​MAX Preferred Choice, my goal in real estate is to help my clients, the real estate professional, to build their business and improve their quality of life. By determining what the real estate agents strategic goal is, whether that’s increasing sales, becoming an expert in a particular niche in the market, creating a team of your own, we can then develop strategies to help the agent achieve that goal. The management team collaborates with the agents we partner ourselves with. We listen to their wants and needs and implement initiatives when an opportunity arises. As a result, we learn from our agents as much as they learn from us.
