Prepared Speakers Toastmasters

I found this club to be friendly & encouraging. Everybody was asked to participate, but there was no pressure, either. :-) I liked that it’s on the small size, everybody is from all walks of life. Great idea — get together every couple of weeks and practice speaking and leadership skills.

I was a member when the club 1^st started around 2007, or so. Thoguh small, it was a great group of community folks with a variety of reasons for joining Toastmasters. I really enjoyed the camraderie every couple weeks, and feel that myself & others truly gained some expertise in speaking to a group. Over the 2 – 3 eyars I was in Glendale, I saw some very shy, insecure speakers blossom into good, competent orators! I definitely recommend!

Prepared Speakers Toastmasters Chapter will not only make you a better speaker. It will make you a better person. Toastmasters is, in addition, a commitment to personal development. To be successful, you have to be willing to take on challenges, take risks, and reap the rewards.
My goal in joining Prepared Speakers Toastmasters was to succeed at my job. But I’ve gain so much more from this chapter: A group of wonderful, successful people who are so supportive in everyone else’s success! I not only have individual support from each of the members, I have a personal coach because each new member is assigned a coach. (I’ve been a member for less than 6 months.)

I’ve been a member of this Toastmasters club for a few months and I’ve loved being a part of it. The members are very supportive and give great feedback. I think this is a particularly good group for anyone who is feeling shy or nervous about public speaking. You will definitely feel supported and among friends. And each time you do it, you’ll get better, thanks to the regular practice and the helpful advice and encouragement you’ll get at Prepared Speakers!

This Toastmasters Club is a a great forum for advancing leadership and public speaking effectiveness. For a mere investment of an hour every 2^nd and 4^th Monday, the Toastmasters proven method has helped build my confidence and skills quickly and affordably!

Great club. Great people. As friendly as you can get. On a smallish side, but the smaller clubs have a sense of intimacy and give everyone an opportunity to speak. Highly recommend this one.
