I was referred to point and click from a friend who’d had a great experience. Initially I’d hired this company to build my site, which they did, but then after seeing the results I quickly realized they’re much more. I use them for marketing now and can assure you that you’d be hard-​pressed to find a company whose more loyal and dedicated to really understanding your business than they are. I really got the impression that they’re very personable people. But, what I’m most proud of is the results they’ve generated. I guess I just got lucky picking this company, I couldn’t say. Chuck is a slick talker, and I think he even knows what he is doing. I used him to help add a blog to my website and for some website consulting and SEO stuff. The relationship started out good, they were on top of things, but over time he lost his main developer and so their service suffered, especially as they got busier with other bigger clients (assuming) So, I stopped using him for seo and ppc services after a few months and then tried to go back to him after he found some new people to help him, and he never bothered to return my phone calls. I would have given a 5 star however it seemed he was bitter that I left and came back, partially understandable, however still denotes a 3 star rating for me.
Updated to 5 stars, May, 2015. To me the sign of a good owner is not that they are perfect but that when they make a mistake they own up to it, they try hard to make it up, and do their best to make things right with their customer. Chuck after reading my previous review quickly called and apologize profusely not only that but he offered me a generous amount of free work and did it perfectly happily, and honestly. And it turned out great. Thanks Chuck!
