Perfect Nails & Spa

Second time in a row here that I have left less than happy. The pedicure chairs need to be replaced, so uncomfortable and falling apart. Got a deluxe pedicure and the lady must have been in a hurry, was not very good. I will not be back, looking for new place.

ive been here couple times before and had fills done, my nails have always been done the same way… I had asked for a backfill, some rude lady says pick a color. I explained to her that I need a backfill. she grabs my hands then shoves it away and says sit over there. she comes back with a close color to the acrylic used on my nails and I agree to the color. she starts filing my nails to the bare nail almost. yells back at some guy. he walks up starts on my nails without buffing or trimming the length as I asked. He then puts some acrylic near my cuticle and says this is how it will look. I said he has to blend it in and cover my whole nail since the rude lady filed most the acrylic off. He said that’s not how they do fills. they don’t put color acrylic over the whole nail. He had the nerve to tell me take it or leave it. Mind you after my acrylic were filed off my nails. I was raging so I let him have a piece of my mind very nicely before leaving all mad as heck. I got them done down the street just exactly the way I have always. this place has a couple of rude ignorant nail techs…

I love this place! All the staff are cool and funny. My boyfriend and I go just about every two weeks. A lot of my friends go there as well. There’s never a long wait. One night I went in approximately 20min before closing and I still got a pedicure. They didn’t rush though it was after hours. They make you feel comfortable. I ask for Bina every time I go. She’s great at what she do! They’re all great but she’s mine! Lol I total recommend going to Perfect Nail.

Terrible place! They are rude and disrespectful! Ladies do not go in if you want your eyeybrows threaded! They obviously don’t know how to do it and they can’t wax either! Thanks to them I am missing half an eyebrow! When I went back for a refund, they yelled at me to get out!

I have been coming to Perfect Nails for 5 years and every time I am happy when I leave the pricing is right and they are relatively fast! I highly recommend them.

Same staff for several years now, no turnover. Prices are reasonable, the deluxe pedi is my favorite. They remember me and ask about my daughter if she’s not with me. The only complaint I have is that they got new chairs a few months back and my feet don’t fit quite right in the tub anymore :(Not a big enough problem to stop going. They are efficient and follow a set procedure, so you get the same thing each time.

This is the best nail salon I’ve been to; clean and efficient. I’ve been using this spa for about 5 years now. I love the owners. Highly recommend this place.

They got my daughters and I in for pedicures and we were treated very well. We will be going again for Daughter & Mom day very soon :)

So clean and the ladies are very friendly and my pedicurist spent about ten min massaging my feet and legs the best!

This place is horrible! Got the «No chip» 35 dollar gel manicure which chipped the first day. I received one previously from a different place that lasted a month. Got a pedicure and unfortunately chipped 2 of the nails, went in to get it fixed and all they did was paint over the broken parts! I was very angry. The toe-​nails were visibly broken and cracked, needed to be filed at the least. Horrible customer service, I was very dissatisfied. The prices are higher than any other in the area as well. DO NOT GO HERE. I get pedis every weeks and this place is the worst.

I couldn’t find anything to add to the previous review except I have never had a bad experience here no matter who did my nails. They are reasonably priced, friendly and one of the few nail salons I have been to that seem genuinely interested in the customer returning. The owners are friendly and the selection of acrylic colors offered is excellent. If your a magazine reader you might want to bring your own as they only have people and entertainment mags, however I’ve only had to wait once in nearly a year.

I love this asian style spa. The owner has an unbelievable memory. I hadn’t been there in over 6 months and when I went back he asked me how my grandma’s kidney is doing. I couldn’t believe he remembered. that detail.
It’s very clean and has impeccable décor.
Also, they are fast and efficient. I got a manicure, pedicure and wax in 60 minutes flat. They do your mani/​pedi at the same time on the pedestal style massage spa chairs.
I love the hot towel they use on my legs and feet after each pedicure.
The wax is never too hot like some other salons I have tried.
The manicurist’s are very friendly and gave me a awesome sculptured nail using white powder for the french portion of my nail instead of white polish.
I definitely recommend Perfect Nails & Spa.
