Big thank you to Neil! I brought in my vacuum, which wasn’t working due to my own error, hoping to have it fixed by the end of the week. Neil fixed it in about 60 seconds, joked with me, and didn’t charge me a dime. Any time I need something vacuum-​related, this is where I will go. Thanks!

My little dirt devil finally bit the dust, and I popped in today hoping to avoid a trip to a department store. Neil has a lot of choices available for display and asked what I was looking for and the size of my home. I had no idea the specs, just it’s a 2bd apt, and something that can withstand Maine Coon fur.
He said «I have the perfect thing, it’s still in the car!»
He was absolutely right, it’s everything I wanted and then some, and the price… amazing! I will definately be a repeat customer, and send everyone I know as well. Thank you for saving my cleaning day Neil!

Stay far away from this place! I took my overlock sewing machine just so a part that I took out to clean could be placed back in the machine. (The machine was working excellent before I took it to him). He called me claiming the machine no longer works and he wanted to charge me more to fix it. Fix it? It was working fine! I explained to him the sewing machine was fine and to just put the part back in the machine because at this point, I knew he was just out to see how much money he can get out of me. Then, he texts me saying I need to pick it up or «storage charges are gonna be starting». He’s a thief and just wants to take your money and will find any reason to do so. I had to pay him $ 25 so he could return my sewing machine in a non-​working condition.

I had first convinced my Girlfriend to take her Ken moore for repair here. At first she was skeptical. Now she is a satisfied customer and so am I. I recently purchased two more items and got great deals here. Neil is very helpful and knowledgeable and does not do a sales pitch to convince you too purchase the items. My girlfriend and I are very happy with the new items that was purchase plus the warrenty he has too offer with a purchase item… Thank you Neil for wonderful service… You sure will keep our business with you… thank you once again…

I have taken my trusty bissel vacuum here twice. The first time for a tuneup and general cleaning. The last service was the same — and also included part replacement.
Don’t ask me how — but the machine is better than it ever was! I mean better than when I pulled it out of the box. Just awesome!
I would much rather prolong the life of the items I currently own — than buy new. If you buy quality machines — one stop will take care and prolong the life of your purchase!
The location is small — tucked in between Carl’s Jr and Rocky Cola… street parking.

Niels is the Manager. They do great work and fix all kinds of things. They fixed my sewing machine, old electrolux and are rewiring a chandelier for me. The prices are great and Niels is super nice. Love this place and can’t recommend it highly enough. Who needs Virgil’s?
