6 months ago this would have been 5 stars. This place is owned by Leslie’s now. I encountered 2 Leslie’s employees working here yesterday, 1 was extremely rude and the other was falling asleep as I was checking out (he was my cashier). The NPS employee that has worked here for a while looked miserable. The NPS employees are great but the Leslie’s employees are terrible. Guess it’s time to find a new pool shop.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years, there is low turnover in the staff and they seem to really know their products as well as cause and effect to pool water. I drive by 2 other pool places to get to this one.

Items are fairly priced and parking is convenient.
