The principal of the firm has been practicing law since 1987. Norman Taylor & Associates has represented consumers against giant auto makers for defective goods aka Lemon Law, since 1987. The firm has handled over 10,000 cases and has forced well over $ 100 million in refunds for its clients.

In 2012 the firm diversified its service offerings to include personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and elder abuse cases. Of counsel, John Ciccarelli Esq. has practiced personal injury law since 1988. His vast education and experience in medicine and litigation has resulted in years of competent handling of complex medical issues whether in the context of typical personal injury matters, or as complex as elder abuse or wrongful death cases.

Business Owner

Attorney Norman F. Taylor studied engineering at Arizona State University as an undergraduate and later attended Glendale University College of Law. He authored a Law Comment in the Law Review entitled Children of Agent Orange (1984) and later served as Editor in Chief of the Law Review (1986). He graduated and passed the California State Bar in 1986. He immediately began practicing consumer law with an emphasis on warranty litigation. Since 1990 his expertise in consumer law has been recognized by auto makers in their publications, and eventually led to an invitation by the CA Judicial Council in 2004 to assist in creating standardized jury instructions for lemon law cases in California.

Mr. Taylor co-​authored his first book entitled Lemon Law A Manual for Consumers (1990). His second publication is entitled Lemon Law: The Standard Reference Guide (2005). He has appeared on over 60 radio and TV programs, including CNN’s Day Watch as an authority on consumer rights.
