Condominiums

While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and I am an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.

Multi-​family

Investors are great clients for me. Multi-​family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me.

History

Established in 2004.

I have been in the real estate services business in the Los Angeles county for many successful years and will be here for many more. I have heard many horror stories from friends and family regarding purchasing their first home. I have to say my husband and I had the complete opposite experience. It was a pleasure working with Nick because he made this entire process feel very seamless. He listened and understood what our needs were and made sure we would find the house that met those needs. Going into this process, I thought it would take months to find something we would love but it took only a month. I had a great experience with Nick! He’s always quick to answer any questions we may have about the home buying process and he always gave us tips and ideas along the way. He was always looking out for properties we may like and would give us his honest opinion regarding each one, which is rare. Most agents just want to sell you something quickly and move on to the next. Nick actually cares about what your needs are and works hard to find it for you. We started our search a few months back, but unfortunately had to stop for a short while. Once we begin our search again, I’m sure Nick will help us find the perfect home. I do not Unilocal frequently unless I am impressed with my experience or completely disappointed. In this case, I can honestly say that 5 stars is not enough to describe my experience with Nick. Not only is he incredibly attentive and accommodating, he is knowledgable and works very hard to get a deal done. I have used his services to buy a home and to sell a home and have had great success both times. He was able to sell my home over asking price within 2 weeks without any hiccups. On the flip side, he successfully got my offer accepted on a property that the owners had 8 others to choose from. He works nonstop and makes you feel like you’re his most important client. He’s the best agent I have worked with and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Nick was friendly and patient, even as we toured home after home (with 2 kids in tow) in various parts of Los Angeles. Nick Atlas is the name and real state is the game. ah. corny much? I had to do it. So my story begins here:
I had little to no experience with buying property. Nick was there every step of the way. He never stopped looking for me and he was extremely patient and thorough with answering all my questions and concerns.

Nick was the third agent I worked with before I purchased my property. Most of the realtors I worked with prior to working with The Atlas Agent would email me the listing and wait for me to respond with the listing I was interested in viewing. With Nick it was a simple and easy process. We discussed what I was looking for in a home and he took it from there. He was proactive and emailed me the listings of only what I wanted to see. Knowing my busy schedule he worked around my schedule to arrange for showings. I loved the fact that he didn’t waste my time or his by listening to what I wanted and finding it!
