My name is jose, I will totally recommend New Image Orthodontics. They do an awesome job. Always friendly and very excited to work with new people to help them and assist them for a better way to smile at life. Honestly this place is the best in Phoenix Az. Everyone was so friendly! G was awesome, funny, and made me feel comfortable. Everyone answered all my questions and explained everything well. A smile was always shared. This place is great!

Dr. Young treated my son for an emergency when his regular doctor was unavailable. The doctor and all the staff were extremely kind and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Young.

*UPDATE will definitely give 5 stars when my next appointment is complete, I will have a replacement tooth and a bridge I believe on August 14^th. I can’t believe that I must say, «I can’t wait for my next dental appointment! «that is truly how good I feel about myself. I have recently received a few suggestions from customers that I «need» to smile more, those particular comments made me so self concious and were hurtful because they did not know that I didn’t smile much because I was trying to hide my very visible decaying teeth.(due to Osteopenia) This dental office gave me back not only my smile back, but hope for my future. Here is my experience so far… I will keep updating.
Today was my 4^th visit to New Image and my second session out of my many more to come.(I have a lot of work to be done) I had to have an extraction today that was quite difficult to remove and Dr. Did have some complication, but I would like to say that he handled my situation with much care and concern. He is soft spoken, patient, talkitive, compassionate and quite funny. He explained every step of the process and has never made me feel rushed. He took his time with me and listened to my concerns from the moment we met.
The way he approaches your mouth is in a gentle manner and when he administered the local anasthetic I didn’t even feel it. Also, he checked to make sure that I was completely numbed up before he began any work.
Words cannot began to explain how happy and relieved I am to have found this office along with Dr. ENDICOTT and their wonderful staff.(Sandra) All of them are extremely friendly, caring and patient as well. They also provide the wonderful option of having your dental needs taken care of now by offering a payment plan that fits into your budget. They offer this through a third party company that does not require credit checks or charge any interest rate!
They offer many services and also have an Orthodontist specialist on site. They also do cosmetic dentistry as well.
They are now offering dental Jewelery, I decided to get a small diamond on my «I» tooth.
If you need work done and need a payment plan, with an amazing patient and gentle staff, then New Image dentristry is the place for you and your family.

My wife really wanted to like these offices, but after being surprised by the $ 250 record charge/​fee whatever you want to call it and playing phone tag, it left some regret to be had. She went in for an initial consult and wanted to start treatment. Put a down payment but wasn’t able to start treatment due to family matters and eventually having to relocate back to California. Upon calling to cancel treatment, she left 2 messages for a call back from Cindy, but received messages back from Sandra and Claudia instead to try to get scheduled for an appointment. On the 3^rd attempt she got a hold of Cindy, found out about the fee for initial X-​Rays and models which are the only records that could exist since no other orthodontic treatment was ever started. The fault is ours for not paying better attention to the fees and not being able to stick with the office but the communication with the offices could use some work. My wife’s initial visits were at the Camelback office, dental work was done at this office, we think both offices are staffed with the same people.

When we initially started coming here everyone was great. Both of my daughters got braces here. In the past year there have been MANY changes, and not positive ones. They moved locations without sending out any type of notification (email, letter, text, etc.)and were closed for two weeks in December. When your child has braces, often things can break or come loose. When your orthodontist is completely unavailable for two weeks, it is pretty distressing. The front desk staff can be quite rude and unprofessional as we’ll as the billing department. We have always paid on time and had some miscommunication with our final payment. The women in charge of billing was extremely rude and completely nasty. Wait times to be seen has increased and can be excessively long. I would recommend finding your orthodontic needs elsewhere.
