We just closed on our new home. We bid on this home against 12 other offers and had to be competitive based on the seller’s terms and timeline. Our aggressive offer included a «no loan contingency» that would have put us in a very bad position if we did not get our loan funded on time. We were recommended to Nareg from our real estate agent because she knew that if we were to guarantee that all would occur as needed for the deal to go through we needed an «all-​in» loan broker that would work tirelessly and fiercely to make sure we stayed on schedule. I still shopped around to make sure the loan Nareg offered was competitive given our special needs for a super fast turn around. Nareg not only delivered on time, but with every other detail he promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Nareg for a home loan, especially if you value service and integrity.
