Bought my X3 from them about 2 years ago. Have had NO problems. Whenever I call for a service appointment I can get in quickly. The staff is professional and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership and will certainly be returning when it’s time for a new car in a couple years!

The customer service at Murray BMW is pathetic. It has been over four days and the trips to get a lug nut adapter. Unfortunately they have almost a monopoly on BMWs in the Denver area. The next car I buy will from out of state somewhere that gas more than two BMW dealerships so there is some competition to drive better customer service.

I went to Murray to look at (buy) an M3. I called the day prior set up a time to look at the car. I was met by Rod and he drove us to his 2^nd location (part of the construction process) to see the car. We met the Mechanic that did the trade-​in reconditioning on the car (it had just come in on trade) and then took the car for a drive. I identified a couple issues with the car but was otherwise ready to take the car home. Knowing that the service history is a huge concern in an M3, Rod went to the service department and printed out the entire service history on the car. There was no pressure, no games. We wrote up the deal on the car and left while the car was in the shop repairing the identified issues. We came back to pick up the car later in the day. Everyone we worked with through the entire time were fantastic, nice people. Not once was there any ‘dealer games’. As we went to leave with the car, Rod took his personal BMW M3 GT2 model and gave it to my 9 year old son! My son is still beaming about that car! This was a very kind and generous gesture and again, not your typical car dealer encounter. I can’t thank Murray BMW and Rod enough for not only getting me THE M3 I’ve been looking for but also making it a special day for our son as well. We will be back at Murray in the future when it comes time to get another car.

Well my time with Murray is hopefully done but I did have more dissatisfaction as I had to take the car back in on a very snowy day only to find out they didn’t reset my break light properly. I also called their GM since it was suggested on Unilocal but he didn’t bother to call back instead having a service person return my call and promising he would also call back. Oh well this was my last service with them at least!

Overall as a business excluding the service department our visit was fair. As a consumer when bringing our vehicle to get serviced, the service department had lack of communication. The service department also had plenty of justifications for their lack of communication not accepting or taking on the responsibility of what most professional service teams would do. We feel the service team has a lot of unprofessional staff members that have left us with a bad impression, and also presented to us, bad customer service. The mechanics did there job and got everything changed out properly. On there end. We give one star and highly do not recommend this location to get service on there vehicle.

This dealership needs to learn the meaning of customer service. After working with them for several days to try to come to terms on a new car, I was called by the Sales Manager who insisted that I was wrong in my recollection of the terms presented to me by his own staff. He then proceeded to tell me that all deals were off of the table. I agree that it is their right to make these decisions as they see fit, but there is a FAR better way to go about it. One possible avenue might be «Sir, we are unable to meet the terms as you remember them, so the last deal we offered you is the best we can do.» As someone with extensive experience in customer service oriented industries, they need to look long and hard at the way they do business if they want to remain solvent long term in the luxury car business.

I can only give one star based on my experience. I needed a handle carrier for my vehicle. The inside cover had already been taken off. All they had to do was install the part and put the cover back on. They told me it was a 2.6 hour job with labor costing $ 337 and the part $ 175. It should only take 20 mins at most and when I balked at the amount they said they would take off $ 50. Wow! Talk about over pricing. I think I’ll find a reputable shop that won’t gouge its patrons. The people in the parts department are pleasant enough but the repair service leaves much to be desired. Best advice: find a better place to go for your vehicle.

Bought a used X3 for our daughters 16^th birthday, everything was perfect from start to finish. Connor did a great job in sales and they had it waiting with huge red bow on it!

A snail mail recall notice came for my Murray-​purchased BMW passenger airbag. A call to their service department resulted in me being placed on a 3.5 to 4 month waiting list.
A month down the road (August, 2015), I called to check status and was told probably in another month or so. I protested that setting a safety hazard repair that far out was unsatisfactory. «That is how we have chosen to handle this issue,» was the reply.
I’ve made a choice on how to handle this safety-​unconscious BMW dealer.

If you ever need service, and want a no BS experience, just ask for Enzo. (sorry, Enzo. I’m making more work for you).
It’s a BMW dealer. If you want cheap parts, go somewhere else. If you want quality service and mechanics who know their business, this is the place to go.

DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE: By far the worst experience I have had. I was told some things which didn’t happen and rather than accepting their mistake, they started blaming me, the customer.
Was told that I would get a production ID in 2 weeks for a new car. Even after a month neither did I get a production ID nor did I get a single phone call from these people as a basic courtesy to atleast tell me that its not available yet.
When I called in they didnt pick the phone, left a voice message asking about the status and got a text message back after 2 days saying it would take one more month. One month passes and not response again, I go to the dealer ship asking what happened they say they never promised me 2 weeks whereas I showed them the email that they indeed did.
One word for them ‘Unprofessional’ and even if you have to pay more at some other dealership you should rather do that than buying from these people and thats exactly what I did, booked the car through them, cancelled it for their unprofessionalism and now I am a proud Lexus owner and very happy with my decision.
I would not recommend any of my colleagues or anyone basically to buy a car from here

Got a used car from this dealership for far, far less than the cost of a new BMW. Here’s my review:
Positives:
— Fast process overall. Less than 2 hours start to finish, including a test drive.
— It was super easy, but to be fair the price on the car was so low that I didn’t ask for a discount (it was thousands lower than any similar car in the metro area… it was just reduced the day before)
— All the people were nice. The sales guy (Jerry) was easygoing and very professional. The finance guy was the same. Even the kid that washed the car was nice and professional.
— Hassle-​free. I didn’t get tortured by the finance guy when I declined the warranty; sales person didn’t hard sell me on any add-​ons or extras, etc.
Negatives:
— Parking sucks. It’s hard to find a place to park, hard to maneuver in the parking lot. I guess that’s why they’re building a new dealership!
— The building is small. I didn’t really care, but I could see it being annoying if I’d had my kids with me.
— Colorado Blvd is always busy. Only, this isn’t really the dealership’s fault, and I didn’t have any trouble getting in or out, so maybe it’s just bigger in my mind than it is in the real world.
But overall, these are minor quibbles. If you need a BMW, see that they have a good deal on a used car, etc., don’t hesitate to go to this dealership.
BONUS: You can walk over to the Starbucks/​Barnes and Noble behind the building when you’re waiting for service. Very short walk, and something to do besides sit in their showroom.

Amazing experience, we went in and Teddy met us in the lobby, he was so nice and asked what we wanted to get into .
Never tried to up sale us. We looked at a 525xi and it ended up being sold, blessing tho because we ended up noticing a 535xi low miles in the same price range! We loved it! Teddy got us the price we wanted for our trade in and 2.9 interest rate with no back and forth ! Un like other dealerships that give you the run around this place is the best! Loved our time there!
If you want to buy a BMW with ease go see Teddy and Tina she was so fast and helpful finishing up paperwork and getting us out the door with our new baby!

Arsen did an amazing job getting me into my 528 xdrive. He was not pushy at all and actually guided me through the process of deciding. Tina did a great job explaining all the paperwork and took all the stress out of that process. Once all that was done Donna did a thorough job explain all the cool new features of my Bimmer! I have bought from this dealership before and will do so again in the future.

Murray Bmw dealer is the worst dealer in the world because of its manager Barbara. I dropped my car there to put on the rims I purchased and to get a new set of tires. So they put the wrong size of tires on my car and made me pay for it. When I went to tell them about it manager Barbara told me that it is all my fault, so I paid for the tires I did not need. After that I still had to buy a right set of tires so I paid again. When I went to speak to Barbra in her office she was extremely rude to me. I felt like she disliked me because of my skin color. I was leaving and wanted to shake her hand even though she was rude with me once again, but Barbra refused to do so because «she already washed her hands».
I wish they at least stop sanding me emails to come back and enjoy their «exceptional service».

If a piece of (stuff) took a (stuff), the result would be the service center at this sad, pathetic, spiritually deflating excuse for a service department. With all due respect, this is, without a doubt, the most incompetent, inept and utterly useless service department that I have ever been to.
I have a BMW still under warranty that has been in the shop five times within the past five months. Every time, it’s for a drivetrain malfunction. Every time, it’s the same exact symptoms. And every time, the degenerates at the BMW service center come up with a new excuse for what’s wrong with the car. Now, I have been told that my car is going to be in the shop for the next two weeks. Do I get a loaner from this wonderful dealership for two weeks? Nope, I get nothing all.
I despise this place — so much so, in fact, that it has given me a darker view of the world as a result of having to deal with them. I used to be a cheerful and happy person. Now, food tastes worse, flowers no longer smell good, my formerly beautiful wife is now a hideous troll, and I’ve come to hate my children.
Thanks, Murray BMW!!! If there is a hell for car dealerships, you are Satan.

CAUTION. I went to Murray Motors to look at a higher end used car I had seen advertised. They told me it had been in a minor fender bender and only the roof had been damaged. I was very interested in the car, and asked to have an outside shop look at the car. They told me I should not, that they is already conducted a very thorough inspection of the car and it was on perfect condition. Then they said taking the car to an outside mechanic is against there policy but reluctantly asked for an «exception» when I told them I would absolutely not buy the car otherwise.
I looked over the car with said outside mechanic who showed me that the entire rear portion of the car had been re painted indicating that the damage was far worse than disclosed. The hood had been rebuilt and did not match up, indicating an even more troubled past.
When we got to the trunk a clip had been broken on a part that seals the trunk space, rather than replacing the two dollar plastic part they tried to glue it in place. The result was a trunk full of 2 inches of standing water, right on top of a mechanical system located below the trunk compartment.
After returning the car I got a text message from the salesman that stated that they just sold the car. I hope that is not true as it was nearly 45 minutes after I had returned it…
The salesman were very nice but I can’t help but feel that they knew about the issues on this car and tried to pressure me into purchasing a car without finding out what I was really getting.

Veronica, when someone calls a BMW dealership asking for a specific vehicle (1 series) you shouldn’t respond with, «they don’t make those anymore.» I am well aware they are not made. When I ask about used models, don’t immediately tell me about brand new vehicles.
This was my first call to this dealership despite seeing poor customer service reviews. Well, I understand why now.

You can’t dial these numbers from overseas, you can’t google the 303 telephone numbers of this business and the only way to get a number you can dial is through Unilocal.I’d change my website today. It’s 2015, there is really no problem to dial long distance.

We tried to buy a used BMW from Murray Motors and had a terrible experience. In summary, we were treated to a long series of «old school» sleazy used car sales tactics. We would not recommend this dealership to others because our experience was very negative. Details follow:
We live sort of far from Denver so we called ahead to ask about a car they were advertising on the internet. We wanted to make sure the car was still available and specifically asked what dealer fees and add-​ons Murray added to the car price and were told only a $ 500 dealer handling fee (this is important later in the story). They still had the car so we went to check it out. Before we left home, we researched the value of our trade on NADA. It said the value was $ 7250 for «average» and $ 6000 for «rough». Our trade is about average. We got there, they were nice to us, we drove the car. We liked the car, and sat down to try to make a deal. Then…
1. Our salesman said he needed to appraise our trade and went outside and looked at the trade for about 10 minutes. He snapped some pictures on an iPad and then proceeded to chat with other employees for about 15 minutes (in full view of us) while we sat there and waited. Then he walked up to us and said his manager needed to drive the car and disappeared for another 15 minutes. We never saw anyone take the car for a drive and we could see it out the window the whole time.
2. So after sitting there for 30 – 40 minutes, the salesman came back with his proposed price. He told us very seriously that they offer a fair, «true price» and won’t ever cut the price of the car. What we then found out was the «true» price had absolutely nothing to do with the actual price.
3. The price of the car is about $ 25,000 which NADA says is a good price for the car. We knew going in there was a $ 500 dealer handling fee. But wait… They then added about $ 400 for a «protection coating» and $ 500 for a «ding protection plan» and around $ 2300 for a prepaid maintenance plan. And to top it off, they offered us only $ 4000 for our trade. So if you do the math, the car is $ 25,000 + $ 500 handling + $ 400 for the coating + $ 500 for ding protection + $ 2300 for the maintenance plan. So the actual price is higher than the «true price» by about $ 3700! Since they low balled us at $ 4000 for our trade they pretty much loaded the car up with enough junk fees to get our trade for nearly free!
4. Naturally, I told the salesman we were too far apart to make a deal. We didn’t ask for the protection coating and I don’t want to pay for it. He says «we put that on every car and it isn’t negotiable». Plus, they didn’t tell us about it when I specifically asked if there were other add-​ons beyond the handling fee. I told him we didn’t want the maintenance plan because we don’t live in Denver. I ask him to take off everything except the price of the car and the disclosed handling fee.
5. How does this salesman respond? He avoids discussing the obvious bait-​and-​switch pricing and fees. Instead, he says if I can’t afford the payments, maybe we could do a loan with a longer term. I told him I would pay the advertised price, plus the disclosed handling fee, and would take $ 6500 for the trade — right between the average and rough trade in value. I told him my walk-​away price before tax with all fees and add-​ons was $ 19,000.
6. The salesman says «Let me talk to my manager… I’ll go to bat for you» and disappears for 20 minutes. Then he comes back and says «I can give you $ 500 more for your trade». He wouldn’t address whether or not they would subtract the junk fees or tell me what my final cost would really be. So I told him we were going to dinner up the street and to call me if they want to do the deal at $ 19,000 all-​in. He promised he would call me by 6:30 when they close «either way, if the answer is yes or no». I wasn’t surprised when he never called.
They totally wasted our time, they tried to rip us off and they lied to us.
