Murphy’s A-1 Tree Service

This company was hired by my neighbors for tree trimming. They made a huge mess around all the neighbors and the «boss» was very rude when me and another neighbor asked and have them permission to come over the yards to pick up their mess. Additionally, my husband works nights so we have a sign on the door not to ring the doorbell. Again, the «boss» came over and rang the door bell over and over and over again waking my husband up (boy was He upset). The guy admitted to acknowledging the sign and he stated he did not care.
I have to say the actual workers were very nice and polite… I feel sorry that they have to work for such a horrible, rude, inconsiderate person.

HORRIBLE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, SCAMMER! The owner, Mike is extremely rude and unprofessional. He scammed my 83 year old dad out of $ 450 to trim two trees in his yard. He spent less than an hour butchering the trees, then he left all the branches in our driveway, blocking our garage, and left my neighbor’s side yard filled with branches as well. When I called to see if he was coming back to move the branches, he just said, «your husband is healthy! He can do it.» Then he went on to say «it’s called a chop and drop. I do this all the time. You’re welcome for the work I did.» ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? My husband works long hours at a very physically demanding job and had to come home to get all the crap he left everywhere out of the way and out of my neighbor’s yard! This guy should not be allowed to do this! DO NOT USE HIS COMPANY! I posted this on Facebook as well with pictures of how he left our yard and got messages from people about how he threatened them when they said they were not happy with his work as well as many other complaints about his rudeness and disregard for their time when he would show up late or not call. This guy is horrible! Again, be warned, DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE! If I could give him negative stars, I would!

We recommend Mike and his crew from Murphy’s A-​1 Tree Service. After high winds broke our neighbor’s large Shoestring Acacia late Sat. night, Mike and his crew showed up early Sunday morning to cut up it and dispose of it in no time. Seeing this, I asked if they could pull out a stump I was attempting to kill. Mike walked over and within 5 minutes started digging out the stump. His crew had it out in about 10 minutes.
We are impressed by the quick service and efficiency of this team.
