Not friendly, acted like they knew everything and didn’t return my call for a quote. Guess my money isn’t good enough! Lol

This is my second time using MK Electric and I am delighted to have used them once again. Both electricians Jake and Ernest were prompt, professional and thorough. They assessed a problem that I witnessed today and thought it was my electrical and was very concerning to hear a LARGE, POP sound and a large spark at the same time. They informed me that the problem was that of the water heater unit that I have, it’s fairly new from last October. Apparently it’s leaking water somewhere that has gotten to my electrical system. They showed me pictures of the water heater where it was burnt, charred and they could smell it and it burned some parts. They informed that the unit may be faulty and may need to be replaced. They referred me to a plumber. Pretty scary, but they reassured me by disconnecting the electrical to the water heater, until the plumber assesses it and fixes the problem, after that he can reconnect and set the breaker. Wheeew. Too bad that the plumber company isn’t available until tomorrow morning. You beat it better be replaced, if this happened.
While they were here they also fixed a switch that was going out.

MK Electric is the company to call for your electrical needs. I NOW feel SAFE after this incident since these guys came out to the property. :)

I was very satisfied with MK Electric. I was having issues with the outlets in my house and a man named Del came to fix them. He was very knowledgeable, honest and kind. He was also on time. I did not have to wait all day for him to come by, unlike many other repair men.
