Lucy is the best!!! I went to get a new phone for my mom and she was very patient, friendly and sweet. I highly recommend this location. She answered my mother 1000 question she asked. Lol thanks again Lucy and staff, I will be back lol.

This place used to have good customer service but my latest visit involved them lying to me and not calling back when they said they would, twice! Blacklisted!

I was with AT&T for 15 years. never ever I running to this kind of customer service.
I went to them and switched from AT&T to Metro PCS.
when i got home and tested the phone the speaker didn’t work.
by that time their store was closed. Due to my work schedule i went back in after 2 weeks to exchange my none working (so called NEW) phone with working new phone.
I was treated rudely and told I SHOULD OF BEEN THERE IN 7 DAYS TO RETURN THE PHONE. I told her I am not returning the phone. I want a working new phone just as I paid for it.
anyway she said NO you will GET A REFURBISHED PHONE
I said NO I just paid for new phone and I am expecting a new phone.
she got all out of shape and start yelling like a mad women. that it is what it is and THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.
(SHE Was so rude God if she is the owner of the store god know how the employees are.)
I left called the store and asked for a manager and SHE SCREAMED OVER THE PHONE That SHE IS THE MANGER AND HANGED UP THE PHONE.
WOOOOOW.

Just get Boost or Virgin Mobile if you want reasonable mobile.

Staff is helpful. No matter what time you go there is always 2 or 3 people ahead of you. So expect to be waiting for at least 15 — 20 minutes.

I’d say fake or arranged 5 star reviews, All mentioned kinda same stuff and trying to emphasis on the name «Lucy».
Well if Lucy is the young girl who was working in the store on 1÷26÷14 at 5:40 PM, Then not she, but her manager/​store owner deserves negative here since he/​she didn’t do his job to train this young girl to at least raise your head and look who’s is entering into the store if you don’t want to welcome them, not for costumer service but AT LEAST FOR YOUR OWN SECURITY! may be a thief, an armed man, or one of those bears entered the store!
We went to this store to switch from AT&T to Metro, and it looked like nobody entered the store, no hi, no welcome even not a freaking look; Just standing there to have her raise her head and ask if we are here for something, No action.
Not recommended at all. I understand MetroPCS store are not everywhere but if you don’t want to be treated rude as other reviewer said, drive extra miles and avoid this business.

Metro PCS used to be very crappy, but now that has changed. Their 4g is actually faster than T-Mobile’s. I’ve changed all my thoughts on Metro PCS late 2013. I would recommend changing to this company now. As paying 35 bucks a month for unlimited everything is better than 80 bucks at T-​Mobile.

Great Store get set up the took care of me with a smile and i felt really good when i was in that store, all the retail employees knew about the phones, i bought the Galaxy S3 and the phone is fast great and since tmobile merch with Metro i know they will have way better signal :)

I have had many frustrations with metro Pcs sales rep and customer service. To the point I was about to cut my phone service with metro when I had walked into Lucy’s store one day…
LUCY IS THE BEST! I really hope the owner appreciates and pays her top dollar. With out her, he wouldn’t have a store. Lucy deserves a paid vacation.
Lucy always is very patient, answers your questions with honesty and treats all her customer with courtesy no matter how busy she is. I have been in there while she is on the phone with customer service fixing someones phone, and helping 2 or 3 customers @ the counter. And she still finds the energy to greets and welcomes everyone who walks into the door!
I have been with metro pcs for a few years solely on my experience with Lucy! Don’t bother with any other store, just go see Lucy!

Went in for a new phone. Got great service and the girl that worked there answered all my questions. Did not feel rushed or pushed around. Clean store, very appealing and has a variety of phones and accessories.
