McDonald’s

This restaurant gets worse every visit. The first memorable bad experience I had was when I picked up food to meet my daughter for lunch at her school near this location. Given I’m never asked if I would like ketchup at ANY McDonald’s (no other fast food chain does this), I asked for a few packets of ketchup and was given only two. I had ordered two full meals, i.e., had two orders of fries. When I asked for more, the employee said a bit rudely, «look, I was told to only give 2 packets if a person asks because we’re running out so that’s all you’re getting». What?!? There are so many things wrong with that. WHY are they selling fries to begin with?
The next memorable bad experience occurred to day. Again, since it’s close to my daughter’s school, I thought we could stop by the drive-​thru to get a couple of small chocolate shakes to celebrate a tough week’s end. I got mine first which didn’t have whipped cream or a cherry as I asked but I could tell before he handed it to me that it was very liquidy and I could see the milk and chocolate as completely separate layers. I brought this to the McDonald’s employee’s attention who said, «it’s your chocolate shake». When I asked again why it wasn’t mixed well and obviously watery he said they had a new machine and that’s just the way they were. I told him they shouldn’t sell items they aren’t able to prepare well since customers are actually paying for these things. He never offered to remake it or apologized, he just turned away.

last night, my mom went to McDonald’s to get 20 chicken nuggets. y’all gave her 9 nuggets. how do u mess up that bad

Ugh. I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in at least ten years, and this reminds me why. Dry, flavorless burger. Fries that have been under a heat lamp since last week it seems. Yuck.

What is there to say, it’s garbage food. Unless you’re eating to filth off the dollar menu, for a couple dollars more go across the street.

Went there this morning because I knew the on by 101 Loop was going to be more crowded. I got fast service, food tasted good, the ice tea was fresh, not bitter. But I encounter just one little problem. The problem is at most McDonald’s. They wash the trays but they only seem to do the edges only and not the entire tray. So the bottom of the tray is usually sticky. I know you have to wash after eating but you shouldn’t have to do it when you pick up the tray.

Not too bad for a McDonald’s. My son wanted the chicken nuggets meal so we went there thru drive thru. Pretty quickly made and decent tasting but the people in drive thru window had no personality at all

Barf! First of all the chicken sandwich was so tiny! I think it barely fit even half of the bun, the lettuce was old and the chicken was way overcooked had probably been sitting underneath the warmer waiting for someone to order it.

Food is fine. Same as any other McDonalds. Clean as any other McDonalds.
Parents: the play area sucks. For very young, under 2 theres a toddler slide and an area to put some balls in a hole. Ok for little ones. Anyone else it’s just a caged area with 2 balls. Really not fun for anyone over 2. Go to a different play place with the towering playground and slides.
But on the positive my 2 yr old was bored enough to eat all her chicken nuggets, so that’s something.

I’ve never really had an issue with the food, hey it’s McDonald’s…what can you expect. I’m giving this place 3-​stars because their drive thru efficiency is terrible, and the last two times I went for a late night snack/​meal, nobody is there. This place is suppose to be (and is advertised) a 24hr joint?

This McDonald’s obviously isn’t getting 4 stars because of its food, because based on food alone, McDonald’s is a 3 star at best and I get that.
This McDonald’s is a 4 star because of their employees and overall service. Even when they get busy, they have rarely messed up my order. The one time I recall them getting my order wrong, they were quick to fix it, and did not even try to give me any grief about how it was some how my fault.
The inside, bathroom, and even the kids play area are cleaner then the majority of other McDonald’s I have been to.
Who ever is running this place and doing the hiring is doing a good job.

3 stars for the restaurant itself, quality is on par with where it should be and service is okay.
HOWEVER.
Do not, under any circumstance, go to the drive through. Absolutely every single time, my order was catastrophically wrong. I don’t mean, oh they forgot the extra pickles, bummer. I mean, ordered two big macs, a snack wrap, large fry, and two mcdoubles, got two big macs, a grilled chicken sandwich, two mcnuggets, no fries, one quarter pounder… you get the point.
As if that wasn’t bad enough they put the big mac together wrong. No, you read that right. They couldn’t assemble a big mac. I literally mean, bun, condiments, patty, condiments, patty, and then middle bun, and bottom bun. How do you screw that up?

Purchased Angus CBO the sandwich had no fixings on it. I sent a note of complaint to corporate mcdonalds. for the price they charge for the burger this was unacceptable

Drive-​through is slower than most, and they tend to forget things like straws in bags. I hate drinking straight from the cup! The food is just like any other McDonald’s … isn’t that the point?
The kids play place at this one really sucks… like bad… like a cardboard box would be more fun. So don’t bother.

Probably 80 percent of the time my order is correct and timely, I’ve rarely had a problem with this place and when I have, it doesn’t bother me because it is McDonald’s.

They get my coffee order right most of the time. Sometimes the cup has coffee dripping on the side which makes it messy in a car cup holder. But that is the exception fortunately.
