Classic bait and switch. This is the flower shop on Luke AFB in Glendale, AZ. I ordered these flowers off the internet to have them delivered. I picked out the arrangement based on the advertised picture. If you look at the picture I posted, you will see what I ordered and what they delivered. They are not even close to being the same. The ribbon, vase, quantity of flowers, and the amount of greenery are all different. When you buy something, you expect to get what you paid for. This is like you go out to a nice steak restaurant and order a piece of Kobe beef flown in from Japan, and what you end up receiving is a kids meal without a toy. This was a flower arrangement from as they are one of the local affiliates. I thought that Teleflora would have a standardized set of assembly instructions for each flower arrangement to guarantee that they all looked alike no matter who made them, including the quantity and type of flowers, ribbon brand and part number, and where to buy the vase from. You would assume that being an authorized florist that Luke Flower Shop would have access to this information and would follow it. It appears that they did not, and just did what they wanted. The only way I would use this flower shop again is if I was standing right there when they made it, and I would tell them, if it does not look like the advertised picture, don’t expect to get paid for it. I do give them credit for a good delivery time. Too bad they messed up everything else by ignoring my wishes and just making whatever they wanted to make.
