Karo Sarkisian

I have been receiving massage from Karo for many years. I was in an auto accident years ago which left me with problems in my neck and shoulders due to soft tissue injuries. In addition, I have a pretty stressful job which exacerbates the problem. Karo always manages to provide relief with his fabulous massage. He seems to know every muscle in the body and immediately identifies the problem areas… sometimes much to my surprise because I’m normally in so much pain in the neck and shoulders that I don’t notice that other areas are tight and sore as well. Before meeting Karo, I tried several other massage therapists and NOBODY compares! He has miraculous hands and I would not consider any other massage therapist again. Almost every member of my family has gone to him for relief of some type of muscular problem and we all agree that he’s the BEST.

I tried Karo out based on the Unilocal reviews. I am a stressed out executive who also loves short course triathlons and playing squash. Needless to say, I have a lot of tight spots. Karo listened to what I wanted (therapeutic «aka not relaxing» sports massage) as well as listened to what my body could take. He was very diligent in trying to work all the kinks out. I’ve seen him twice so far and hope to return again soon.

Excellent! Really can’t say enough. Its very hard to find a good massage therapist these days. Karo is very thorough. If you want a real massage, go here. Highly recommend.

Karo is a massage genius! Seriously, I’ve had a LOT of massages over the years and Karo is, hands down, the best of the best. To call him thorough would be an understatement — he finds every nook and cranny, every tight spot — and does not move on until he’s worked out every knot or tight muscle. His sessions are long and pretty intense (but in a good way) and leave me in an altered state. You will not find a more capable practitioner or more reasonable price anywhere! Go see him — you’ll be glad you did :-)

As part of my goal to take better care of myself and relieve stress, I was given a referral to Karo by my dentist. His practice is housed in a unpretentious building, and equally simple chiropractic office. Karo works wonders, especially for someone like me (wound up like a mechanical doll, even on my best days!). It’s good to budget two hours for a session, because Karo doesn’t do wimpy work. After lying on the table, with the lights lowered, soothing music wafting from the iPod player, and inhaling the aromatic oils as I got the knots kneaded out of my muscles, I felt almost altered consciousness. I will definitely be a steady client.
