Karen’s toys has been serving the San Fernando Valley since 2008 with locations in Encino and Sherman Oaks. We have been voted the San Fernando Valley’s favorite toy stores each of the last 3 years (LA Daily News 2012 and 2013 and LA Times 2011). We just opened this Glendale Galleria Location in November of 2013. We are conveniently located on the top floor near the new Bloomingdales To park right near us, enter the parking garage via the corner of Broadway and Orange and take the ramp up to the Purple Level.

Cute little «mom and pop» toy store. It was a nice change from the madness of the larger/​unfriendly toy store chains. Karen’s Toys has a good selection of toys and games, great customer service/​friendly environment, and employees that love their job. They even wrapped all my gifts for FREE!

Staff was friendly and helpful and pluses because they have a diversity of dolls. They sell Asian dolls, which they should stock more of since apparently they sell out quickly. My friend was looking to buy some for her niece and got her Mulan and Tiana from Frog Princess as well as an Asian baby doll. They also do complimentary gift wrapping.

I was shopping at the store early this morning. Hours after I left I realized that I had left my check card at the register. When I returned, the After Thanksgiving traffic had the entire parking structure at a stand-​still. I called the store and one of the clerks actually brought out the card to me!!! I have NEVER seen customer service like this ANYWHERE before! Thank you so much for your excellent service!

What a great place to buy toys!!! The staff there is so nice and helpful. I bought a couple things that were light, but a bit bulky for me to lug around so one of the staff members carried it out for me. They also have very unique gifts that you cannot find in the big chains. Some things are much cheaper than other stores, too. Ask them for some «Karen’s Kash» which can help lower your total balance. Definitely worth checking out!

We were in the area and needed to purchase a birthday gift for our grandson, so we stopped in at Karen’s Toys. What a positive experience! Pete helped us find the perfect gift for our a ninja loving 6 year old, then he wrapped our gift and mailed it out of state for us. When we got home, he had called to state the package was mailed and gave us a tracking number. We live an hour away, but it is worth the drive for quality toys and exemplary customer service. We’ll be back soon.

The nicest, most generous customer service person I’ve met in the mall. Offered to wrap my gift even though it wasn’t purchased in the store. I did make a purchase but he still meticulously wrapped it with a smile. I would by here again anytime. Plus they have a grey selection of toys for all ages! Loved it.
