K & H Buffalo Bistro

I lovvveeeddd this place! I was driving by on my way from chicago to California and randomly stopped in. The owners are such great people! I had the wild boar ribs… So good! What a cute place. A definite stop!

We found this little oasis this summer on our way to Zion National Park from Bryce Canyon. Apart from being a microbrewery they have killer bbq! The entrance warns you of the crazies inside and that their food stinks… But wow, once out back, it’s an inviting home style feel. You’re dining on a back porch with lush green grass and flowers everywhere. With the occasional hummingbird coming by for a sip of nectar.
We began our meal with the elk stuffed mushrooms which were decadent. But then came the pulled pork sandwich… Let me tell you, I can eat those every day for the next five years and be totally OK with it… Just the right amount of sauce and smoke and you can actually taste the pork! Definitely get a side of the man candy. Well worth it, plus, it’s bacon! Who in their right mind passes on bacon!!!
We’ll definitely be back to Zion and Bryce. And you can bet your ass that that we’ll be back to this gem!
