My husband and I recently had to take our newborn son to Dr. Janik because he was born tongue tied. Dr. Janik was referred to us by our pediatrician as he specializes in pediatric surgery. He came highly recommended so we weren’t surprised when we visited his office and found him to be very knowledgeable and ready to do the procedure on the spot. Not only was Dr. Janik knowledgeable and professional, his staff were all very kind ladies with great personalities as well.
As far as the procedure, with the help of a fellow doctor, they were able to do a quick snip and fix our son’s tongue tie problem in a matter of minutes. (and in their office instead of the hospital) Although the baby cried slightly, the procedure was a breeze and we were out of the office almost as quickly as we arrived. I would highly recommend Dr. Janik for anyone looking for a general and thoracic, pediatric surgeon.
