Jlicious Teazy Tacos

Visited tlicious on friday at the new times rendition of their friday food truck event. The tacos here are awesome!
… Unfortunately, the tacos were also $ 9 for 2 of the smallest tacos I’ve ever had. If you like spending your hard earned $$ and still feeling like you could eat another complete meal when you’re done, then you might love this place. Its only saving grace is that they also give you a small side of chips and queso dip, which again the queso is awesome, but the quantity of food is simply pitiful.
I would have a much different opionion of this food truck if you got 3 tacos instead of 2. My friends all ordered the nachos, which I will say seemed to be much more substantial than my measly 2 tacos — for the same $ 9 you get more food. They also serve gormet (miniature) hot dogs and again, while (my buddies) say they were great, the complaint is still the fact that they’re tiny.
The entire time I was eating my food, I was wishing I was eating somewhere else. You can spend MUCH less or even the same $$ at other (food truck) places and get a much better value. While I’m not going to claim every other truck is going to be quite as tasty, there are other trucks with high quality awesome tasting food that does NOT leave you wishing you had more to eat.
I can’t see myself coming back again, I honestly feel like I wasted my $ here. I wish it weren’t so but I guess thats just the way it is.
