I called to have my old couch removed from the premises. My questions were answered quickly via e-​mail and I was kept up to date regarding time of pickup, etc. They came when they said they would and in no time my couch was picked up and taken away. All were extremely friendly and courteous and I would not hesitate for a moment to call them again. I am happy that I found J&M Cleanouts! Thank you all!

I don’t know how to express how wonderful a job this team did! My grandmother’s home was a mess 30 years of stuff in attic and construction from Sandy .They even donated her clothes, which was very thougthtful as I could not do that myself.
From beginning to end J&M was great! I was also 7.5 months pregnant and they were very accommodating. By the way guys if you see this, my baby came this past Tuesday early!
I will be using them again if needed!

Kindness matters and John and team are wonderful. Stress can accompany a move, and add in an accidentally locked door on my part. But John and team brought patience and everything positive to the cleanout! They were thorough and nothing posed a problem for them, including unlocking the door! J&M Cleanouts were fantastic! I called for an estimate and received an excellent price quote. John came with his assistant 2 days later to clear furniture out of a 3 room apartment and within 30 minutes everything was moved out and swept up. I found them affordable. I plan to use them again and I strongly recommend them!

I called John to ask for a recommendation for a mover (he doesn’t do moving) and an additional clean out. What I love about John is that he said he could do the job the same day. Within an hour he called back and said «they are on their way!» Two hours later everything was gone and the move was completed. As I said before, I highly recommend J & M Cleanouts!!! J&M provided excellent service!!! We called J&M on short notice and were so grateful that John and his team made themselves available. They really worked hard to clean out our mom’s house where she had lived for 54 years (that’s a LOT of stuff). We were so pleased with their work that we scheduled them to return a few weeks later to finish the job. John and team were professional, on time, hardworking and nice to work with. We highly recommend J&M!
* Most everything in the house needed to be trashed but if items (such as clothes/​linens) could be donated, J&M bagged them separately. We appreciated that!

Exceptional Service! John was professional, prompt and available on the day i requested. I had the task of coordinating a cleanup of my parents basement in Forest Hills. Their municipality doesn’t do curbside trash removal for large items. I was able to call john on a short notice and he came on a Saturday and had everything loaded up to his big truck in less than an hour and all for very affordable price! I highly recommend John from J & M cleanouts.

I live in California and was going to be in New York for only 6 days to do a full cleanout and partial remodel of my father’s coop. John and his team were awesome! John rearranged his schedule to accommodate me since I was on a tight schedule. He was extremely responsive and went beyond what I would have expected in dealing with the coop management company. Not only did the cleanout happen on schedule, they also did a demo of a bathroom and the kitchen floor. All within 5 hours! They were flexible, took extra stuff and were extremely conscientious about following the coop guidelines. Because of J & M Cleanouts we were able to compete our remodel on time. I would definitely use them again.

I recently contacted J&M to remove some wood pallets and other small debris from my warehouse — they quoted my request based on pictures, and after a bit of negotiation we settled on a fair price, better than I had found elsewhere. They were communicative about their arrival time, gave me a heads up that there was a little traffic on the way, took all of the items that they said they would, and charged me exactly the agreed upon price.

John and his team are great and frankly have earned my business as well as future projects. I had a Twin Platform Bed that needed to be taken from the 2nd floor of my house and they did that without any problems. They also took my matress when I asked if they could without any additional charge which I greatly appreciated. Anyways, J&M Cleanouts are legit.

John was very friendly on the phone and I was able to get an appointment for the exact date and time that I was looking for. John the owner is a great guy. He cleaned out my moms attic out of a garden style coop with a lot of walking to the front being that it was in a courtyard. He was very courteous and reasonable on his price. I interviewed 2 other people before hiring john but john won the job. He was on time for interview and the job and seemed most reasonable and willing to work with you.

I’m going to be 100% honest. This is the BEST company I’ve dealt with in a long time. I called John at 9:00 this morning and asked if I could get a quote to remove some trash in my basement. Not being in NYC to arrange this made me a bit Leary. However John arrived at my home about 10 minutes later to meet my 80 year old grandmother to see the items that needed to be removed. John called me back about 10 minutes later and I feel gave me the BEST quote possible. I asked John when he would be able to do the job he said give me 15 minutes and I’ll let you know my first available date. He called me back and said can I come by within the hour to do the job. John arrived 45 minutes later and completed the job in under an hour. My grandmother called me to let me know how professional and courteous the crew was. I feel that John and his crew went above and beyond. My grandmother stated that they left the basement in pristine condition. They even swept and mopped the hallway after they were done.
John I hope you do read this! I can not tell you how you’ve helped me out. You and your company are amazing!!!

I Called very early this morning spoke with John for info and possible service to remove branches, stumps (small) leaves etc. In a community driveway in Middle Village. I wasn’t going to be there to watch or supervise and I told him so. I was given what I felt was reasonable price.
When he competed cleaning, All I asked from John (I supplied him with 2 photos before start of job) when he completed the task send me a pic and l’lI pay by CC over the phone.
4hr’s later job was complete.
I am very satisfied.
