Friendly staff, very professional. For mammograms they offer spray deodorant for your use of you forget to bring your own. This is my second time here. My PA sends over the order and I call for an appointment. No problems getting a first thing in the morning appointment and I have been seen in time.

I wish I could give this location a zero star rating.
My grandma waited 2 ½ hours! Why make an appointment? Finally, after being lied to TWICE about getting the work done we had the appointment scheduled for, the lady said they could not read the referral and called the Drs office for another copy but they never received the new fax. So, we called the Drs office and they said they faxed the referral twice but Insights fax machine was down for the day!!!
To top it off, the girls up front are completely unprofessional/​rude from the minute you walk in the door.
If there are any positive reviews for this place, it’s from someone that works there.

Bait and switch billing!!! I asked them the amount due /​co-​pay and they told me there was no balance and they wrote it down in my file. Month later I get a bill from them. They are Nonprofessional when it came to fixing my bill. Long wait time looked like they over booked.

I used to go to the location on Camelback but they closed. Although not the closest Insight to me they do the mammograms and bone density tests. This facility is newer and the Women’s Imaging area us really nice. I got in early and was called back early too. The staff were very nice and helpful. The procedure was done in a short time and I felt done thoroughly. The xray tech was terrific. I was very pleased with my experience here.

This place is another medical facility that totally disregards people’s time and doesn’t do anything to stay on schedule.
Would never ever ever recommend this location.
It was mandated by workers comp otherwise I would avoid this place at all costs unless you have all day to spend with These morons.
Customer service is an absolute joke.

Always have a positive experience at this office.
Had a script from my doctor for an x-​ray but no appointment. No problem, couple of other patients were waiting. Was told that wait would be an hour so I could leave and return later. Appreciated getting that heads up as it beats just waiting there.
Front desk was helpful, waiting room was spacious in that you were not packed in like some offfices. A good sized TV to pass the time. Another good experience.
