I love working with people, so a high level of customer service comes naturally and is so important for the success of my business. With 15 years experience working in the field of multi media, specializing in website design and development and over 25 years of customer service experience, I decided I wanted to be able to put my experience and expectations of how a business can be run to work for me. I have never looked back and love what I do.

One of the main keys to excellence of the services my company offers is communication. If you don’t understand what a person wants you can’t begin to give it to them, much less exceed their expectations. Other key elements I am blessed to have is a great team of people working with me. In the internet website design and development industry, I have 15 years experience working in the field of multi media, specializing in website design and development.

I also have over 25 years of customer service experience to include working with salons on the East Cost as a motivational speaker consulting salons on building and keeping clientele, and building higher customer sales. I gave motivational boot camp training courses on customer service, communication skills, building client relationships, increasing sales and staying motivated to set and surpass goals for continued growth in business and in personal life.

I have been able to use my expertise in customer service and web design, (along with a great team of other experts in website design, development, graphic designers, seo specialists and programmers) to create an extraordinary internet marketing company that delivers a high level of custom website design and development as well as a high level of customer service.
