I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of hypnosis, but it wasn’t until an enticing groupon offer popped up that I decided to give it a shot.
Sasha is awesome. Her demeanor and voice are so soothing and wonderful, and she is incredibly intuitive. She explained that I’m a good candidate for hypnosis because I already meditate pretty regularly and I’m open and positive. She wasn’t kidding. I expected to use the three sessions to work on the same organizational issue, but quickly realized I could tweak new things each time because the results were basically immediate.
The actual hypnosis is quite an experience. Sasha takes you on an enlightening journey, where you discover things about yourself that you weren’t expecting to discover. It really is incredible. And the best part is, she sends you the recordings so you can repeat the process at home! What a wonderful and painless way to take control of your life.

I have never been hypnotized before and never really understood how it works. In this day and age (especially in SoCal) people are beginning to open their minds to the holistic side of medicine, to meditation to help heal, to yoga and breathing techniques to shape their physical and mental strengths… so it was only a matter of time that I was going to dip my toes in the waters of hypnotherapy.
Again, not knowing what to expect, I walked into Sasha’s office with an open mind and an excited spirit. Her office space is extremely inviting offering up hints of her personality with a neutral sense of professionalism. We began our session with a chat or interview where I described to her what it was that I would like to currently work on in my life. She then showed me a little about how hypnosis works and what we would be doing that day. She took me down a path of visualization and realization of my inner strengths and wisdom. I don’t want to dive deeply into our session, but I can tell you that I left energized (yet relaxed), excited, ready and willing to continue this practice. I also am extremely interested in seeing what I would discover during a past life regression reading and luckily for me, Sasha can tackle this inquisitive notion of mine!
