Haik Alexanians started the business in 2008 when he left the subprime lending market at JP Morgan CHASE. In the wake of the Nations’ largest economic crisis, he was intent on building a real estate company that facilitated real estate sales while giving back to the community.

A UCLA graduate in 2004, I eagerly began my career in real estate finance at Chase working as in house lender for such prominent builders as Equity Residential, Regis Homes, and Gaw + Gilmore. I soon realized that Sustainable Living, specifically green homes, were my calling so I opened up Green World Realty & Financial Services in March of 2008 to integrate my passion for sustainable living with helping community members buy and sell homes. Since 2008 I have earned my e-​Pro certification, NAR Green Designation, my Ecobroker Certification no to mention I am a member of the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Member of YPN Glendale Association of Realtors, BNI Vice President of La Canada chapter and Piedmont Oaks HOA board member.

This review is a long time coming. Haik helped us buy our first home in 2010. He was a great partner to have in the hunt for our starter home. He was attentive, patient, and easy to talk to. He is extremely knowledgable about the real estate world and was an excellent resource.
Four years later we have decided to sell the home haik helped us buy and decided to again go with green world. They did an excellent job advertising our home. Our open house weekend had over 60ppl come through. Our home was in escrow within 10 days.
We are also using green world to guide us through purchasing our next home. Can’t recommend them highly enough if you want to work with a great team that reduces the stress of buying or selling a home.

We worked with Haik and Dion during our quest to purchase our first home. I must say that I was very impressed and satisfied with the level of professionalism and dedication to the task at hand. They were very easy to work with and handled everything with military precision. I’ve shopped around to refinance at the best rates for some time now and once I met Haik I knew that this was the place. I have family members that are in the same line of work and for some reason these guys seeem like they worked harder to get what I needed. You can really confine in him. He was so pleasant to work with and I really felt that he was looking out for my best interest. He listened to my concerns and what my intentions were before researching what was out there for my needs. I couldn’t be happier. I hate to refer people because I hate to feel responsible but I know they can’t do you wrong.
