Enrolled Agents (EAs) have unlimited practice rights before the IRS, like attorneys and certified public accountants. This means EAs are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they may represent clients before.

Enrolled Agents have earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by passing a three-​part comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business tax returns. Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and continuing education requirements. History

Established in 1995.

Faith had more than ten years experience working for large CPA firms before starting her own practice in 1995. Faith has an expertise in assisting small businesses with a heavy focus on construction, real estate and related industries.

During 2009, Faith completed the course work and testing to earn her national distinction of CPB (Certified Public Bookkeeper). Mrs. Owens was accepted as an Enrolled Agent before the IRS in 2012.

Originally from Central Missouri, Faith attended Metro Business College and University of Missouri – Columbia. In 1991 she moved to the Valley of the Sun and lives in Tolleson with her family.

She has operated Grade A Business Services since 1995. Her experience includes Law Offices and CPA firms. Faith has an expertise in assisting small businesses with a heavy focus on construction, real estate and related industries.

Her education includes a degree in Accounting and continuing education in many workshops, seminars, symposiums and specialized course work in advanced computer software applications through various educational institutions.

During 2009, Faith completed the course work and testing to earn her national distinction of CPB (Certified Public Bookkeeper). Mrs. Owens was accepted as an Enrolled Agent before the IRS in 2012.
