I got my car from Henry, he was very helpful, very considerate, and gave me a great deal on my 2008 Kia spectra. I highly recommend this place they take care of their costumers.

The ‘manager’ named Tony would avoid the questions we asked. Since he thought my friend and I were inexperienced young adults (by our look and age), all he said was that the car was fast and a blue demon about 50 times. I need to know facts and the history of the car. He didn’t even know about the car himself and during my test drive, he was on the phone so I couldn’t even ask any questions. He didn’t give me enough time to even look at the interior of the car. After, when we were negotiating about the price, he said said it wasn’t negotiable. The car’s front bumper was messed up and needed repainting. He said he wouldn’t lower the price for that. Instead, he tried to hike up the price a few thousand than the listed price on Craigslist which is even more ridiculous. He said the car would be a collectable someday which is definitely not true as it is a mass produced car. (very common, Nissan 350z). Don’t trust these people, they will try to rip you off whenever they think you are vulnerable and make up lies. He was rude and incompetent and a bit racist as he asked «are you guys from china??» in a provoking manner. The interaction was very unprofessional. I am very disappointed in their service. People selling cars need to know about the cars they are selling. especially if they are in the business. Since they don’t even know about cars, they won’t know the condition. Don’t trust this place. You might end up buying a lemon.

I love these Guys Absolutely Amazing. To be absolutely honest this dealer is the best i have been to. Completely knowledgeable, as well as friendly & caring. I bought my Beautiful White GS300 From them last year and I have to say; it say been an absolute champ to me. If you need a car and don’t want to pay a load of money or a first time car buyer like me. These guys are your best bet believe me. You wont find anyone else as honest as these guys. I also have to say for me as a first time buy with GP Motors this whole experience will become a life long relationship.

First off service was horrible if I could give this 0 stars I would. I am an ASE certified mechanic and I will tell you the truth. They are good at conning you. I bought a 2004 lexus is300 and it took a year to get my car registered in my name because they didn’t do the paper work right, I had to resubmit paper work on there behalf. The car was salvaged and I understood that but they lied and said it was a rear end damage and they said they never buy cars that have had a front end damage but when I took it home and did a thorough chassis check due to them not letting me do it there, I found the front end was damaged and that’s where the salvage title came from I’ve had electrical problems with the car and luckily I build cars so I rewired the whole car. Also when I first bought the car I told them it needed brake pads, rotors turned, relays for horn, fog lights and a/​c and the tank had ¼ fuel left and told me they would put a full tank of fuel, none of which besides them turning the rotors was accomplished. As far as I’m concerned they also erased the on board computer data because I hooked up my scan tool and it had only some monitors running that where complete not others, that means when you take the car from the lot and drive it home you will not see the true issues with the car until those monitors run so maybe in a week you’ll see a check engine light and then it will be to late. Luckily my emission issue was a hose that was disconnected and all I did was plug it back in and all codes stop showing. So if you are interested in buying a car there don’t, and if you still want to purchase a car there take a well trained mechanic to check out the car, a refrigerator magnet to check if there is any body damage covered up with bondo, a digital multi meter to check battery and alternator output, and a good eye. Hopefully this will help you decide if you should by a car there or not.

I was interested in in a 1992 Lexus 400SC Coupe which they had for sale. I took the train down from Santa Barbara and plan to have the car inspected at my expense by a local repair shop. I knew the car was not perfect but the engine was very clean and the body overall was in good shape. It only had 78K miles. I drove the vehicle over to a shop for the inspection and was given a list of things which needed repair. Henry advised me since I was paying cash for the car there was no room to negotiate on the price. He buys his cars from auction and makes his profit on the financing. I was okay with that. However, he did say that he has someone who could do the repairs locally and this could save me a bundle compared to Santa Barbara’s charges. I agreed and they took me to the train station and a week or so the repairs were completed. I returned home and noticed that one of the cluster lights was out on the instrument panel. I contacted Joe and made arrangements for him to pull the cluster panel out and replace a bulb which he did without charge.
In summary, buying a used car can be tricky and you best have it inspected before you sign the papers. I believe Henry and Joe are up front with the financial arrangements. The old saying is true, «You get what you pay for». Do your homework

gp motors is one place you can walk in being a ghost (bad credit) and walk out with a car i bought my car from here after i bought it it gave minor problems which is normal cause its a 10 year old car i called gp motors i spoke with joe he told me bring the car in i will fix it i took the car he gave me another car to drive untill the car was ready… he called me back a day later so i can pick my car up ever since i had no problem thank you joe and thank you gp motors for providing my transportation you guys helped me out orelse i was going to lose my job cause i was late every day dealing with the public buss

My husband and I have bought cars from gp motors and we had great experiences.. We love our cars and the service. My husband has had his Volvo over 2 yrs now and loves it. I got a great deal on a Mercedes. People see it and think it’s a lot newer than it is. I runs great.

Scam artist at their finest. Buyer beware. Make sure you read and understand everything that you sign. I would never buy from this used car dealership again!!!

I was looking for a used car after I returned my leased car. I walked up and Down brand blv and I could not see any thing that I like. I was tiered of looking, on my way home I saw this Acura tl parked at this lot I thought they where part of Acura of Glendale. As soon as I walked in I was gridded by a gentleman name Henry. He was very friendly and joker. Any ways to make story short he sold me the 2008 Acura tl to me I got a great deal and a great car I am happy with service I got from Henry. I have referred some my friends that are looking for used cars to Gp motets. Thank you Henry for your help and God bless you.

I am so grateful to have found this dealership for many reasons!
1. I bought my first Mercedes here last year, a beautiful car for under $ 4,000 — clean and brand new looking, pristine condition.
2. They were able to finance me even with my horrible credit.
3. They have supported me whenever I needed anything pertaining to my car (which hasn’t been much since the car runs great. Anything minor I ever wanted done to it, they fixed up as a courtesy. Even though I bought it «as-​is», they still worked with me on a few little things which I really appreciated! NO other dealership in LA would do this as a courtesy.)
The owners of this dealership are honest and straight forward.
I was new to LA and they were willing to work with me and my situation.
I know they do this for others as well.
I would (and have) definitely recommended this place to friends who are shopping for a car in LA. I wouldn’t know where else to direct anyone as far as working with honest people and getting a great deal on a beautiful car.
The cars come from auctions and are prescreened for any minor repairs needed before they’re sold, the dealership definitely passes on the savings when they score a deal at the auction, which is good because you can get gorgeous cars for a great price. Anytime I stop in to make a payment, there are tons of new beautiful cars on the lot, and I can’t wait to upgrade with GP Motors.
When I’m ready to sell my car I’m coming back here to buy my next one.

well this is an update after my car was paid off for the remaining amount of about $ 1800. for some reason my previous review of this shit hole didn’t show up here. well here we go again. first off if you believe that this place will help your credit get better by buying a car from Joe or henry at GP MOTORS «YOU ARE WRONG» this is one of those «buy here pay here» establishments these kind of places will not honor their word in reporting your payment history progress to Experian, Equifax or Transunion. i am very disappointed in Joe for lying to me. i bought my credit reports and scores 3 months after i paid off my car and made my payments on time and even gave a bit more thinking it would help my credit score go up and nothing from them appeared on any of my credit reports, its as if all the money i paid for my $ 7000 dollar car never existed. the only proof i have are my receipts and contract to show other dealers that i am a man of my word in making my payments on time. well now that this is off my chest lets start with the service i received from Joe and henry. first off they ranted about my credit report being checked and because my credit wasn’t that great they gave me a very high interest rate of 22% APR for 24 months, i didn’t know that they lied and never checked it! turns out my credit was great all along but my down payment was my problem to get a great car elsewhere so because of my low down payment i had to buy here. well lets just say that the first bad thing i had on my car was a faulty radio which that was replaced after i paid off the car because of the repair cost it took to have my car running properly during the financing period. 2^nd problem was the next day after buying the car, my car over heated on me on my way back home from work, they gave me a hard time to fix it right. i went to the GM dealership and bought the OEM part for under 50 bucks and it solved that problem, next was my axles and wheel hubs were broken and made clicking sounds, Joe said it was my tires but i wasn’t stupid i knew what it was, i ended up replacing them and the noise stopped, then my car started to sputter for no reason and the check engine went on and thankfully after having my car broken down for 3 months and my YouTube video that went viral vs GP Motors over every problem my car had they took it in with the agreement of me removing my video, i agreed and kept my word and its gone now, they replaced my fuel pump because it was bad and also replaced 2 spark plugs that broke iam not sure why they didn’t replace all 6, they are only like 7 bucks each. anyways to make this story short see the BBB before buying from any car dealership, be smart and look on Unilocal for real people experiences on these junk yard dealerships. by the way updates on my car. its running like a champ after replacing the cylinder heads that their mechanic probably messed up when he put the wrong spark plug brand on. the good news for me is i will never buy from there again since i paid off my car and i will never have to see Joe or Henry again and now i can shop smart and do my research on a dealership. cheers to you and your future car buying.

GP motors is great. I recently had a baby and i needed a SUV. My wife and I decided we like the GL 450 Mercedes. We had been shopping around and we went to different dealers and we weren’t satisfied with the stock of inventory they had or the pricing. Most important the condition of the vehicle. We were on brand blvd. And we noticed GP motors. As we were walking by i noticed a beautiful white GL 450. I went in and was approached by Sako. He had car fax in his hand. Me and my wife really liked the car and the package. The car was in great condition. Took it for a test drive and everything was great. When it was time for the pricing i told Sako the situation i was in.(just had a little boy) and i was on a budget and this car was a little over our budget. (keep in mind i had been looking around and this was the best price and the best condition i had seen) He went and discussed the pricing with Harry and they understood what kind of a situation i was in and we came to a great deal. I felt very comfortable and they treated me like family. They weren’t only after my money and they wanted to help. I was offered water and coffee. We did the paperwork and my wife and i left with a smile on our face. Great place. great people… on top of it i refereed my uncle who was looking for a truck for work and he got a great deal as well.

I thought these men (Joe, Henry) were honest and real, but just like Jill said they are Liars!!! They kept my vehicle past 30days as well. This place is hell on earth. Henry, Joe, and Harry are the most heartless men in America. They should be put on Americas most wanted for all the crimes they commit. They are scam artist. They will take your money and sell you crap just like they did me and many others. I’m a young lady so they took advantage of me. I purchased my vehicle in early February and I barely got it in late March. Its April 8^th and my vehicle is in the shop with a ton of problems. They wanted my 30 day period to go by so they can keep the cash I gave them. They are liars and manipulators. Save yourself the headache. Bad Karma for this whole company. These men shouldn’t expect anything good to come their way. Bad Karma times 10. Vengeance is the Lords. They will be in court. And they wont give me my registration papers Henry took from my car. Henry also put over 700mi on my vehicle after it was purchased because he was «test driving it», when I got it back the inside was dirty, the windows squeak and there is a mold smell because one of his kids spilt juice in the back seat and left everything wet. Very disrespectful. But what can I do? Its after 30 days. That’s how they treat people. As is warranty. Don’t come to this place.

I was looking for a great reliable car, and the guys at gp had nothing but excellent service. The moment i walked in the atmosphere was great, Harry who helped me initially was completely honest and guided me though my options. They got me a reliable car, runs great, looks great in the interior and exterior. Joe was extremely helpful with entire process. The original stereo was not working and but Joe took care of it, had it replace with a better sound system. These guys will take care of you. Very hospitable, friendly warm people. And lets not forget about Henry, he will help and guide you throughout the entire process, he helped me out with the loan and set up a great payment plan. The staff at Gp motors is great! They are extremely helpful, honest, and understanding. I was referred to them by a friend who raved about their service, and I have visited a numerous amounts dealerships, and none of them took care of me the way Gp did. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a great reliable car, great service, you should go see the guys at Gp.
