Golden Flowers

Just ordered some flowers for my mom for Valentine’s Day and they were beautiful!!! I ordered the day before over the phone and they were delivered right on time the next day. Great service and such pretty flower arrangements.
I will definitely be ordering more flowers from here in the future.

Recently ordered another arrangement for a friend that was going through a breakup. The lady on the phone was very nice and patient. I picked #16 on the website as an inspiration and asked for roses, hydrangea, and orchids in white, pinks and purples for $ 85. Plus shipping and tax it came to $ 107. Not expensive at all, especially considering we wanted something sizable since it was coming from a group of her friends. It was delivered on time and came out beautiful! Definitely my go-​to place.

I work for a cosmetics company that needs fresh aspidistra leaves every two weeks for our fresh displays. About a year ago I began my search for local florists who would help me out and was met with terrible service, telling me «it’s not worth their time» or «we’re a boutique flower shop, we don’t sell leaves.»
Golden Flowers was the only shop that has been so kind and welcoming right from the first phone call.
I go here every two weeks to pick up aspidistra leaves for my shop and I believe the owner has always priced me fairly and she has always been so kind with every visit.
My purchases only amount to about $ 10-​$ 15 every two weeks for her shop but she’s never turned me away or acted as if it wasn’t worth her time. She even wraps the leaves up for me in cellophane paper like a normal bouquet!
I’ve just always been incredibly pleased with the service and attention at the shop, which is also clean and filled with flowers. And while I can’t speak on the quality of the normal flower arrangements (from what I can see in the shop, they look pretty nice), rest assured that at Golden Flowers you will be welcomed and treated to quality customer service I wish other local florists would practice, as well. :)

I called Rima this morning to order flowers from her on behalf of my wife and I. She worked with my budget, delivered within the timeframe that she promised, and the recipient called and was so happy with how beautiful the arrangement was. Thank you Rima.

The arrangement was nice. Just wasn’t pleased with the service. The woman that assisted me was pretty damn rude initially. The shop is fairly small and I had to approach one of the florists to be assisted. I only came here for the previous reviews and with the assumption that I would be getting a good deal. I think she didn’t expect me to make a purchase because of my age and the price they were throwing at me. Was fairly expensive however I understand Mother’s Day is tomorrow so I will accept that. I hope that the owners read this review and try to step up your service quality. Do not judge a book by its cover, folks.

Called and described what I wanted and how much to spend. PERFECT!!! My friend loved it. I always use Unilocal to help me pick a business especially if it is out of town. This florist is 5 stars.

This unassuming flower shop is tucked in a corner of the Golden Farms market plaza, but don’t be fooled… their arrangements are absolute perfection. Unlike prepared reviewers who’ve posted here, I showed up without calling before hand to discuss options. No problem. I was greeted by a super friendly lady who picked out a vibrant pink arrangement for my friend (a new mom). I’m no expert on floral aesthetics, but her choice was a work of art (refer to picture) at a very reasonable price. After purchasing the flowers, I spent 10 unsuccessful minutes trying to secure them for the car ride. Magically, a gentleman from the store (perhaps the super friendly lady’s husband?) appeared and secured the flowers on the passanger seat in less than 30 seconds. I suspect this is his routine and 10 minutes is the time window customers have before (we’ll call him man with impeccable timing) he comes to the rescue. Super friendly lady and man with impeccable timing make a great team, I will be coming to them for future florist needs… and so should you!

Pretty flowers, just a little annoyed I went there because I noticed they had the check-​in offer for five dollars off so I went and ordered a little bit more than I would have, then was told that it’s only good on flowers over $ 30 when the offer says nothing about that. Not to sound like a super cheap person or anything, because realistically it’s only five dollars, but it’s just dumb business, they would’ve definitely had a repeat customer if they themselves weren’t cheap.

I will reorder flowers. They did a very good job. My girlfriend love the flower. A happy girl is a happy Men :-). Thanks you for your work. I will see you soon for vday :-)

This business is really too notch. They know what they’re doing and they DONT skimp. I’ve never seen such amazing work for the value. I’m not sure how far they deliver but Glendale is lucky to have this business in ye area. I wish they had one in Houston.

Came here to pickup a quick arrangement for a «just cause» occasion. They setup my arrangement very neatly, professionally and it looked absolutely amazing. My moms gonna love these. I’ll be coming back for mores very soon

I came here to order flowers for a birthday because it was close to work so I was able to go and pay on my lunch break. Honestly I was very disappointed with the arrangement and it was nothing like how I had wanted it. I had specifically even asked for orchids and even after she assured me she would include orchids, she didn’t! She even told me it would cost extra for orchids, and it cost me a little over $ 100 plus delivery fee. It didn’t look like the amount I had paid for… Wish I had a picture to post… This is probably a good place to stop and pick up a quick and small arrangement but definitely not to be trusted for a nice flower arrangement to be made and delivered. Oh and delivery was $ 15 even though their house is a few blocks away… Needless to say, I won’t be back!

Ordered 100 roses for my girl to deliver same day. Service was way faster than I would have expected. Order happened over the phone, trusted her to make it look good and texted her the message. Couple of hours later got the pictures and thank yous from my girlfriend.
Very trustable, makes tasteful arrangements and very fast/​professional. Will definitely continue to use and recommend.

I visited the website, and then ordered through a combination of e-​mail and phone — never had to visit the store. The website isn’t great and you can’t order online, but there are a ton of photos of their work, which is all gorgeous. Here’s the good news that I discovered through the ordering process. Yes. They deliver to Forest Lawn, Glendale for $ 10. Yes, your arrangement is completely unique. Yes, they make sure to get the flowers to the right spot at the cemetery. I called and got voicemail and also filled out the online form. I got a call and an e-​mail back right away. What worked for me was copying a photo from the website, pasting it in a return e-​mail and providing a price range. A quick call with Rima and a few bits of info later, she assured me that she would take care of it.
A few points of delight:
1. Rima called Forest Lawn for me to make sure the flowers got to the right place. She found out there was a viewing the day before that I didn’t even know about.
2. After she made the spray, she sent me a photo. Nice surprise. The arrangement exceeded my expectations.

Had a wonderful experience here today. I needed a flower arrangement done the same day, so I browsed Unilocal and Golden Flowers won the review war. I called them around 10am and the lady on the end was very nice and accommodating, especially considering I had no idea what type of flowers or arrangement I wanted. I just told her «it’s my mother in law’s birthday– help!» She told me she would make me 3 – 4 arrangements and that I could choose when I came in (how incredibly nice is that!) All the arrangements were so beautiful I had a hard time picking. Most importantly my MIL loved them! Very pretty and unique.
