Shady shady place. Man oh man I haven’t been to a place where they lie straight to your face that blatantly.
Let me share my awesome experience.
I needed to buy a SIM card for SimpleMobile network so I came here as this store is listed as one of the resellers.
I asked for 1 SIM card which costs on the simplemobile website 12.99.
Lie #1:
The sales guy tried to sell me a plan which is totally ok because that’s what they do they make money by selling plans. I said ok I’ll get the $ 25 plan which is a two weeks unlimited talk and text plan. The sales guy then told me that this plan does not exist on SimpleMobile.

The above website is simplemobile official website where you can clearly see the $ 25 plan. So That’s lie #1.
Lie #2:
I asked the sales guy is there is difference between SIM’s form factor and he told me no, all SIM’s are the same.
The above website is official SimpleMobile site where you can clearly see that they sell 2 different types of SIM’s. Regular and Micro. (Micro being the one I needed because the regular is too big) Now, he is correct in saying that you can actually cut a regular SIM to microSim size HOWEVER, what he told me is that there is «NO SUCH THING AS MICRO SIM» (those are his exact words). That is a lie because a micro SIM is a standard developed for slim form factor phones and cutting regular SIM’s to microSIM size is actually a HACK…
Lie #3:
I told the sales guy that I didn’t want to buy the $ 40 plan (because I wanted the $ 25 plan or no plan and just activate the SIM myself online or by calling customer service). I told him that I just want to buy the SIM. He said sure that’s fine, it will be $ 40.
WTF!!!
First I laughed then I told him that the SIM actually retails for $ 12.99 and he told me … (are you ready for this?) … No it actually costs $ 40! And then I asked him are you sure? He said yes, you better off just buying a $ 40 plan and the SIM will be free.
So to clarify he was going to sell me a $ 40 SIM with no minutes!!! WOW I have never seen someone try to extort me that blatantly.
Anyways, it’s no surprise I just left without actually buying anything there. I would recommend people stay away from this place.
There are so many mobile phone stores all over the place and I only came here because it was the closest. So don’t waste your time coming here go somewhere where you will get legitimate information and facts about technology that you are paying money for.
Tip to the person who owns this place, when a NEW customer walks in, you want to make sure that you wow them with your service so that person keeps coming back over and over again for all their mobile phone needs. In this case the straight pathetic and preposterous lies which the sales person attempted to throw at me have cause me to leave this review warning people to stay way.
Stay away!

An official Verizon Wireless retailer!
This place is nicer than the other cell phone stores I’ve been to. Most other places are small and really shady looking.
