I’m a satisfied client of theirs for over 2 years now. Julie and Tammy do a great job. They work really neatly and make sure you get what you asked for. It’s not one of those fancy nail salons but the quality of the job is what matters for me. Don’t let the look fool you, They are great! And their prices are very reasonable! No other nail place beats their price!

I love this place, I have more then 5 years coming to this place for nails and wax. Julie does a really good job on my nails, and Tammy is great doing my eyebrows :). Prices are very cheap specially from Sunday to Wednesday. No matter how far I lived now, I always come back! I really recommend this place; if you want a good job on nails ask for Julie!

Terrible service! Not only did my friend and I wait an hour to get seen but I received the worst manicure from a «manicurist» who seemed like she didn’t even know what she was doing. She did not know how to shape my nails and we’re all uneven. When it came to pushing the cuticles she cut my finger which was painful and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. Once she noticed it she didn’t even bother apologizing but proceeded to pour some solution on it without even asking. Once she started putting the coats for the gel she would apply very thin layers on some and thicker layers on others. The end result was terrible the color was uneven and it seemed as if I had just gotten a clear coat instead of a nude grey brown color. Not only that but there was no shine to them! Once she told me the total she asked if that’s all I wanted to pay (that’s basically her asking if I was going to tip her) and once I responded yes that’s all I was paying she proceeded to make a face making it obvious she was upset. I’m not one to not leave a tip ever but I definitely had the worst experience here and the longest one too we were in there for almost 3 hours! I’m sorry but I’m never going back here yes prices may be cheaper ($ 17 for gel) than your usual nail salon but I’d rather pay that extra amount for a much better result and experience.

Went today for a refill and pedi… Walk in no hi it anything waited 40 mins Ended up taking my old nails off and putting new ones. The lady hurt me while yanking them off, plus she was rushing the whole time. I wanted to do my claws again so u let her know. My left hand is more almond shape and my right is sharp. Not only the shapes are different my nails are so so thin I feel like I can’t break them in less then a week. She rushed through the whole thing. Finish under 25 mins or less. And I always noticed they were using used nail buffer and I cleaned tools. And my friend who was next to me when 1^st for pedi and then the lady did mine and she used the same buffer for two of us. I have never been somewhere this horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Today I went back and the lady doing my pedicure cut my toe bad. I don’t know what she was doing, just picking away at my skin until bam! Blood. I think I’m done with cheap nail salons after this. Also making an appointment doesn’t matter, you still have to wait and my paint job is lumpy.

I’m very surprised that my nails are still looking good 10 days later. not a single chip. ok, maybe I’m a fan of their gel nails now… its actually lasting longer than the place I usually go to. TSK.

I love this place. I have been going for 4 years. Everyone is really nice and works good. All my manicures, pedicures, and waxing I do here. Great pricing!

Just finished getting my nails done. Regular manicure 8 $. Keep in mind if you want to pay with card they do charge an extra 1 $. No biggie, but it’s a good heads up! I normally get a regular mani/​pedi and always loved the work they’ve done on me. Julie is the owner and she’s definitely your go to girl. If you accidentally mess your nails up she’d be happy to re-​do them! I absolutely enjoy getting my nails done here and a lot of my aunts and cousins come here as well. It’s a very cozy salon and the ladies who work here are so sweet. By the 2^nd visit they already remember who you are! I just want to give some heads up to the ladies who want to come… In my experience regular mani/​pedi is an A+. The gel manicure I haven’t been able to try so I can’t say… Acrylic nails I’d give a B+ only because I prefer real nails then fake ones… But the work they do is good just be VERY specific. If you plan on getting a design or something with a little kick… I don’t suggest you come here for that. I had 1 bad experience with nail design here. My manicurist got frustrated and just rushed my nails and I felt that I was annoying her… BUT that was once and it never happened again (b/​c I never got a design here ever again) so that’s my minus 1 star. I’ve tried other places near my area, but I always find myself coming back here. Definitely my go to … Ask for Julie!

DO NOT go to this place. It is nowhere near a nail spa whatsoever! It is a hole in the wall place. I walked in and found the «spa» small and dirty. I was in a rush so I had to find the nearest nail salon to get a few things done last minute before a party. I was not greeted by any of the couple ladies working. I wanted to get an arm wax done and she took me into a small room, and did not even put a hygenic sheet to lay on, I had to ask her for it! She then began to grab her waxing stick. The first wax she tried using had been applied to numerous men or women. NOT HYGENIC. I asked her to use the wax in the heating pot and gave me attitude saying I would have to pay extra. THIS WOMAN DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND BURNT MY ARMS. I have gone waxing many times before and never has my skin been burnt with bubbles! Hopefully there will be no scars. WHen i returned to show them what they did, they did not even apologize or have any empathy! I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO THE US DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, for their non-​hygenic applications. HORRIBLE SERVICE and DIRTY «SPA». Id rate them a negative if I could.

Had a great experience. I had an appointment with julie, she did an awesome job. I give them 5 stars because they’re not like the other nail salons where all it matters for them is to have more clients every hour. These people actually spend time and make sure they do an awesome job. They dont rush through and do a messy job. They are great! Also they had a really nice offer for gel mani

Was okay… my nail lady was really rough. they didn’t sanitize anything well at all… toe nails all over the floor. I came for a girls day pedicure and they put my feet in a bucket with warm water. its 2014 get the whole spa chair so your clients can relax. And maybe add some sound like music or tv so you don’t have to hear the nail clippers clipping nails right next to you…

i’ve been searching for the right place to get my nails done every 3 weeks. I used to go at Dukes in Eagle Rock but the last time I didnt have a good experience with them. I tried the next door Bella Nail and Spa and didnt like them too. So here, its cheaper price and the work is jjust as good as that of Dukes (but cheaper and No Temmy – the mean tech from Dukes) I loved the experience so far! :) so they deserve my 5 star right now!

Not horrible but not great. Short version: the ladies who work there are nice, but the salon doesn’t provide comfortable accommodations while you are getting your nails done and although the ladies are nice, the quality of their work is below mediocre at best.
Long version:
I got gel nails and a pedicure. I haven’t been to a place that doesn’t have spa chairs in decades. Since there are no spa chairs, you have to sit in a beat up office chair that is positioned parallel to the nail desk so that you can get your pedicure done while getting your nails done… So you’re sitting parallel to the desk… Are you picturing it… And then you have to swivel your torso all the way to the side so that you’re torso is facing towards the desk; but remember, your getting a pedicure too, so you have to keep your hips and legs parallel to the desk and elevated onto the pedicure roll-​y stool thing (which rolls so it’s not like you can lean your feet on it or the nail lady will roll alway from you. So you have to hold your legs at this elevation and your torso twisted 90 degrees like some static yoga pose… Which I’m all about yoga, but not when I’m trying to get my nails done). I would have much rather gotten my nails done first and then swiveled around and gotten a pedicure.

I was in the area and didn’t really want to drive anywhere else, so I just walked across the street to this nail salon. Went in on a Tuesday lunch hour. They had 3 customers. One of the ladies asked me what I wanted & I just wanted a polish change.
Then she offered gel polish for 10 $ & I said ayeee why not. I’ll give it a try. 1^st time with gel polish & I have to say that I like it. The lady was very gentle with my nails. I came home & realized she didn’t do my cuticles. But no biggie. Good service & will probably come back.

5 star service and price. 4 stars cleanliness. First time here, will return.

what a find. since comming here regularly for threading and waxing, im even more impressed. low key, NEVER push services and REALLY careful and knowlegable about skin. always sincere and helpful, ive never needed to wait over 10 minutes for a walk in. beyond reasonable for services.
