The store is basically empty… Went here late because it was the only smoke shop I found near by that was still open and when I got there I instantly regretted wasting my time going there. The guy referred us to the other location on that was supposed to be open with more options, he told us «linden and glenoaks» where one of their locations does exist… We got there and it was locked I then looked up «Glendale House of Smokes» and discovered that the location that was still open was Glenoaks and Pitman, not linden… Drove all the way to Burbank just to drive back, because the employee didn’t know what he was talking about.

This place is a joke. I asked the guy if they were closing because the place literally had such low amount of stocked items. He responded with «no, we just need to restock.» I have been to this place quite a few times and I feel like this is always an issue.
The guy working there had a horrible attitude and spoke in such a condescending mono tone voice. He should have spoke In a falsetto because in reality he’s just a little b*tch. That’s not how you treat customers.
Don’t waste your time. Find another shop!

Ok. So this hookah thing is new for My husband and me Visited and met Talina. Poor thing was In wisdom tooth pain, but that didn’t stop her from giving me the most excellent service. She insisted I bringing my existing hookahs in, which I did. She never pressured me to buy anything and even showed me how the bowl should be packed. I got a full hookah101 class. I didn’t have a single hose hookah, so I bought one anyway, but a few times she mentioned that the double hose and 4 hose hookahs were fine. I still got one! Took my new single hose home tried it out and it is awesome! No burnt flavor, big white clouds and easy to hit.

So my wife lost my vape and i went here on 4÷13÷15 to buy an affordable one for driving and in bars. Found a single ismoka ikit for 17.00 that fit nicely into my shirt pocket and purchased it. Arrived home and charged it only to discover that it never charged after almost 9 hours. I used my other charger and the tiny battery light came on finaly. After 6 hours of charging the product will still not work at all. I returned today on 4÷14÷15 to ask for assistance on why it is not working thinking it may be something simple that i overlooked… instead of help i was told that the employee had no idea because they do not sell that product and was told to go to a vape shop that knows more. When asked if i could exchange it for a different product and pay the difference i was told that there is a no refund or exchange policy. He asked me who sold it to me and i informed him i did not know his name but that he told me he worked at thier other location over what sounded like a party going on in the back room with a loud movie and 2 or 3 girls and another guy. Tonights employee also told me that they will not return an item that is used… when i asked him how an item is concidered used that failed to work in the first place, his response was «there is liquid in it»… ?wtf? Its a vape, it needs liquid to work in the first place… i live a block away and like to support community business but will never return to this shop unless i need a weed pipe which they have a million of.

Quick, friendly staff. Actually cheaper than most gas stations for basic smokes. Great variety of cigarettes if you’re looking for something interesting. Decent range of hookahs and accessories, but I can’t speak for the price, only having purchased cigarettes.

Needed a new bowl for my hookah since replacing 2 others prior & the last one went missing? Came in for a normal yet very good clay bowl/​head. Left with this pretty amazing thing called apple on top. Its silicone, no foil needed, easy to clean, no mess, easy to handle, & doesn’t burn your hookah tobacco. After being skeptical on buying it the guy working here assured me I could bring it back if there was any issues. Since the darn thing was $ 40 wasn’t anticipating paying that much for a hookah bowl/​head. I think it was a good investment after trying it out at home. So far so good. I love the fact that it was simple & easy to handle & clean. They also carry tons of Fumari Hookah products & flavors. I happen to get Gummy bear this visit at $ 8.50 which was pretty steep compared to my normal place I get it at for $ 6. But it’s doable.

Love there customer service and best place for hookah supplies and all of my other needs
