At Glendale Family Optometry, Dr. Ani Halabi specializes in primary eye care including diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases and also prescribing glasses and contact lenses to provide the best vision care possible. She has worked with the top eye surgeons in the community for several years providing pre and post-​operative eye care in many eye surgeries especially LASIK and Cataract surgery. She is one of the few Optometrists in Glendale to fit specialty contact lenses for post corneal grafts, keratoconic and irregular corneas and post surgical corneas using the latest state of the art equipment for testing and the most up-​to-​date contact lenses available in the market. At Glendale Family Optometry, Dr. Halabi offers eye-​wear (ophthalmic and sunglasses) in variety of standard and designer brands and all price ranges to accommodate everyone’s budget and needs.

Dr. Ani Halabi’s passion for Optometry began as she started acquiring extensive experience in a private Optometry practice while attending Glendale Community College (AA) and California State University Northridge (BA). She received her Doctorate from Southern California College of Optometry after completing her clinical training in VA Greater Los Angeles Health Care, West Lost Angeles VA Health Care Center and Optometric Center of Los Angeles. Dr. Halabi’s commitment to education includes mentoring for pre-​Optometry students while continuing to be an active alumni. She is a member of the Glendale Northwest Lions Club and is involved in the sight conservation committee as the coordinator for vision screenings. She is a volunteer Doctor for Glendale Healthy Kids and Armenian American Medical socitety of California and has been the coordinator of many vision clinics for the Glendale Community. Her community work as been recognized by the State Sennate and the Glendale Mayor.
