History

Established in 2013.

Chief Instructor, Mrs. Megan Girton began her Taekwondo training in 1987 in the American Taekwondo Association. In 1989, she became a black belt and opened her first taekwondo school. Mrs. Girton has gone on to achieve higher level of black belt, compete in hundreds of tournaments, and to complete the ATA instructor certification which requires 500+ hours of teaching, certification camps, courses, and continuing education. In addition, Mrs. Girton also has been certified as a Bully Prevention Specialist. Mrs. Girton holds an elementary education teaching certificate with endorsements in secondary education. Prior to moving to Milwaukee in 2010, Mrs. Girton taught school in Seattle for 14 years.
