Eyesite offers 45 years of combined Professional Optometric experience in diagnosing and treating eye diseases using Hi-​Tech equipment and computerized exam record keeping. Our Fashion eyewear includes over 1000 frames including such brands as Gucci, Dior, Armani, Juicy and Coach. We fit all types of Contact lenses including lenses to change eye color, correct for astigmatism and multifocal contacts. On premises is a Finishing Optical Lab allowing us to make many types of eyewear on site.

We also accept most insurances including: VSP, Avesis, Blue Cross, and Medicare.

History

Established in 1988.

Dr. Jaffe started practicing in Glendale in 1975 and was joined by his associate Dr. Clanton in 1994. We currently have a 3000 square foot facility located on the NorthEast corner of Peoria and 67^th Ave in Glendale, Az.

Business Owner

Dr. Jaffe moved to Arizona in 1975 to take advantage of the beautiful weather and peaceful desert surroundings. He enjoys tennis, table tennis, hiking, scuba diving, bicycling and motorcycling. He is married to Pamela, his beautiful wife of 35 years and has 2 children, Jennifer and Evan.

Dr. Jaffe participates in a number of charity organizations, donating his time examining 6 to 12 month old infants at no charge (Infant See Program) and adults thru Vision USA.
