I get my nails done all the time, and I’ve been to many nails salons. But this is my favorite nail spot! I don’t live around there, but I will drive to this place. I always get my nails, and waxing done here. I love this place! I love how it’s clean, and nice. I can relax, and use the mini ipad or watch music videos/​tv. I love the customer service here– excellent customer service! Michelle is such a sweetheart! Jenny does a great job on my nails. A few times the other girls did my nails, and I am never disappointed. They all do a great job. Because I go there often Michelle knows exactly what colors to pick for me. Love it! They have so many nail colors & selections. This place is a hidden gem. I recommend this place to everyone! Tip: Bring cash for tip. =) Many nail salons prefer cash for tip.

Love this place! Nikki does my gel nails and eyebrows and usually my pedicure but this time Barbara did my pedi which she was thorough and amazing. Michelle, the front desk girl, is super amazing and always welcoming. They have complimentary snacks and drinks and tablets for you or your daughter if you do the mommy daughter day which I love to do there also :) overall they get 5 stars for great service and a clean, welcoming atmosphere.

They were incredible. The nicest people work there. The ambiance is so great. I’m definitely going back!!! They also did such a wonderful job on my nails! If I could give them more stars I would!

Found this place on Unilocal after a total failure in the place I originally went to (Lincoln Heights). They welcome you and ask you about the service you want (which is very important, but some salons don’t get that!). She said 25 min wait, and that’s exactly how long I waited, the place looks clean and nicely decorated, the lady who greeted me was friendly as well as the guy who did my nails, they have a TV playing music videos which was entertaining to me since I’m behind on music videos (Lol). I think the prices were fair based on their location, I wish I had time to get a pedi. I live in DTLA and I’m not sure if I’ll be back, but if I’m in the area I would consider this place again.

A friend of mine told me about this place!!! When I called for directions to get there and the lady on the phone was very nice! As soon as I got there she asked if I called and treated me like she was excited to see me! It was a little busy but she sat me down to get my pedi started! JENNY did my Rome pedi, and it was amazing! It was a little pricey but it’s ok if you pamper your self once in a while! I then got my nails don’t. Coffin style with an OPI mod about you color. They were so nice, offered me water, and they were patient with me. I am a very clumsy person so I kept dropping things and messing up my nails but they were so sweet and laughed when I said «I am probably the most clumsy person who will ever come in here». I’ve gotten so many compliments of my nails! I will be going there again! LOVE IT

Today was my first time here and I arrived earlier than my appointment but as busy as they were, I didn’t wait long at all. Customer service was also very polite, offered drinks immediately as I sat.
Vivian was my nail tech, although she didn’t speak much, she did my nails in a perfect timely matter as I told her I had dinner soon. She also did my design and it turned out amazing! The shape is a little crooked.
Location looks ghetto but salon is fab.
I will update if there is any wear and tare in my nails in a couple days. But so far I really liked this place and definitely would come again + recommend anyone in the Glendale area.

I went in today without an appointment and with a picture of what I wanted and Caroline was able to do exactly what was in the picture. I’m so in love with my nails and I will definitely be going back and making all my future appointments with Caroline!

Jenny & the salon deserves another 5 star, I didn’t have an appointment again but they still get to squeeze me to jenny’s schedule :) while i wait i asked the front lady if they were selling the chips they have at the corner but was surprised that they were giving it to their customers for free. And of course the ambiance 5+ and friendly employees. Love everything about this salon,

Second time here & barbara did my nails today. Shes very sweet and kind! She took her time to make my nails perfect & the way i wanted them to be.
I recommend this place to everyone.

Sad to say but I will no longer be coming here. Ever since their management changed everything has gone downhill. I came in for a gel manicure 5 days ago, and my nails are completely chipped and peeling. The man doing it looked confused and kept having to redo a couple of my nails, and clearly didn’t know what he was doing.
The girl at the front also was a bit rude. When I asked if I could leave tip on the card she replied with «No we can’t, you’ve been here before, you should know better». I mean… you could be nicer about it, especially to someone who’s been frequenting this business for a couple years now.
So sad and disappointing.

Got seated right away and Tina did a great job! They were able to start my nails while getting a pedicure so it didn’t take so long.

Friend and I were bored and wanted mani pedis so we decided to browse around. We chose Europe nails because their actual website has names and descriptions of what’s included in every level of mani or pedi.
We did the basic gel mani and an upgraded pedi (Rome?) for foot soak, massage, sugar scrub, callous removal and polish.
Came inside there were a few people, but we didn’t have to wait. They started right on our nails. Great color selection. And gel selection. Once we got on the chairs for pedis, they were so comfy. Everything seemed fairly new and the chairs massaged our backs for probably a good fifteen minutes.
They have a lot of tvs. So you can either watch a television show or the tv in the back plays music videos.
Total cost was around $ 60-​$ 65. Not bad and our nails turned out great!
Bring cash for tip! We’ll be back!

I will never get tired of this place. I have finally found the place that will never disappoint me. JENNY you are the best!

Came here last minute because my only go to lady from another nail salon was out of town. Overall clean place good service they provide you with beverages and snacks. In my opinion the gel variety is toooooo toooo much and you feel rushed to choose something. Please lessen the colors to choose from or just give us more time to choose. Prices are decent and staff is nice ! Will definitely come back again when in need

On Friday, September 18^th at 6:45 PM I went in to Europe nails expecting top notch service. I was referred by a friend. Unfortunately, MY EXPERIENCE WAS A NIGHTMARE. I LEFT INJURED AND IN SEVERE PAIN! MY FEET WERE BURNT FROM THE PARAFFIN WAX!
Before I explain what happened, I just want to say that I am not the type of person to write a nasty review. Everyone has bad experiences from time to time, but it’s the salon’s responsibility to make sure the customer leaves happy.
I purchased the $ 60 Paris Spa Combo which includes the «paraffin wax treatment this is intended to moisturize, soften, and refresh the skin» according to both their website and mani/​pedi price list. I got gel for both my feet and toes which was an extra $ 30. I paid $ 100 total including the tip.
Everything was fine until I got the paraffin wax. This was not my first time doing a paraffin wax on my feet. I didn’t expect any pain. I expected for my feet to come out soft and beautiful! I had two seperate nail techs working on me. The person that did my hands checked the temp. But not the technician who was working on my feet.
The nail tech shoved my feet into the bags of paraffin wax without checking the temperature, etc. At first I thought it was a temperature difference. nope!
When they took off the wax, my feet felt as though I stepped on really really hot asfault or sand. They were bright red and throbbing. I told the nail tech and she said that my feet were red because they were propped up (my feet were not propped up higher than my waist). The pain started to get worse and worse.
A girl that I didn’t even know asked if I was okay as she was leaving (she was the last person in the nail shop other than me). She was extremely concerned and said she saw my feet from across the room and said that it definitely did not look normal and could tell that I was in pain! She offered to stay with me or take me to urgent care/​the hospital if needed.
The salon owner tried putting aloe vera all over my feet and had a fan blowing. To tell you the truth it actually made my feet feel even worse! At least she tried to make things better with the aloe, but honestly my feet were a mess and j didn’t pay $ 100 to have burnt, dry, red, and irritable looking feet.
I was super embarrassed but actually had to call the paramedics/​fire department because I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to walk.
When the fire department/​paramedics arrived, they informed the salon owner that skin keeps burning about 20 minutes after the initial burn. The salon should have kept my feet under water. Getting a burn on your feet is extremely dangerous especially if you get blisters– there is a higher risk for infection. The paramedics had to go find my car in the lot next door and drive it over to me.
The owner was hesitant to give me a receipt for proof. I had to request the receipt when the fire department came and she gave me a slip of paper with the date, her name, what services I ordered and how much I spent. (Not sure if she actually gave me a receipt after all)
About 3 days later, my feet are extremely dry, sensitive, still throbbing, and starting to crack right now and it feels like I have a sunburn on the bottom of my feet. Paraffin wax is supposed to keep your feet smooth and moisturized and that’s what I expected when I paid for everything.
Nail salon services should not be painful, hurt or injure you (unless you are getting something like microdermabrasion which requires forms/​waivers to be filled out)
I asked for my money back because I was not a satisfied customer. The owner refused a refund and said that if she did it for me, then everyone would be asking for their money back. She said she would give me a refund if I went to urgent care. Um hello! The fire department/​paramedics confirmed it was a burn and told me that I needed to keep them soaked even when I got home.
The nail tech neglected to make sure the wax is at a comfortable temperature to prevent me from getting burned. Burning is the biggest risk with a paraffin mani/​pedi, and obviously very important that the nail tech checks the temperature before putting your feet in a bag of hot wax. So if you are looking to get a this treatment PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY CHECK THE TEMPERATURE AND TEST OUT THE WAX WITH YOUR FINGER TO SEE IF IT IS TOO HOT!
I really wish I would have had a better experience. If the salon would have had better customer service and would have refunded me for my terrible experience, I would have given them 5 stars in their efforts to make things right.
I also wish that I saw Debby L’s review (written on 8÷02÷2015) where she tells you to
«Be wary of the $ 3 off check in offer. The owner forces you to rate 5 stars and to write a review before she’ll give you the offer. „
“ Rating 3 stars because of the false advertisement of the check in offer. A check in is a check in, not a way to force customers to rate your business 5 stars. »

Just came in for a mani/​pedi with a girlfriend of mine. Such a cute establishment with a very accommodating and professional staff. Called the afternoon prior to set up an appointment, I highly recommend doing so as this is a popular place on the weekend.
Maddie did my manicure and she did a wonderful, thorough job, making sure to ask me before she made any decisions. One of my favorite places so far and I’ve shopped around throughout Pasadena and surrounding areas. I think this will be my go-​to from now on. And the prices were so reasonable! I don’t know why they have two $$ because I’ve definitely been to $ locations with prices $ 10 to $ 15 more expensive for a mani/​pedi.

Got my pedi by someone new since lily isnt here anymore :/​, Her name is jenny loved how she did it. I def will be coming back to her. I am a very picki person. So i notice every little detail.

It seems clean, the employees are nice. But the shape of my nails — just ridiculous. I got an acrylic fill in, they’re so thick and mid-​shaped. Such a bummer. Also, the towels they use are all ripped, stained, and far from white.
I cannot wrap my head around all the good reviews.

So, I’ll continue my search for a nail place in LA.
Update: day after the horrible manicure I woke up with cuts all over my cuticles, they’re sore and swollen and I have a huge rash going up my forearm. The only new thing I did yesterday was go to this place where I did get two kinds of lotion applied to my arms right where the rash is. What a mess. Trust me – just stay away.
