Enterprise Self Storage

I needed a storage for work and reviewed places on Unilocal.Called around to a few places based on this to get a few quotes. Their customer service was friendly and inviting. The manager showed me 2 options that were perfect for what I needed. 1 of them was on hold until the following day. I preferred this spot and asked to be informed if it became available. I was called the following day and told the progress with the unit. I received a second call later in the day that it was mine. This place is clean and the loading dock is close to my unit. Thank you for the great service!

We rent a big storage from ESS, and we couldn’t have been happier. The people who work here are so friendly and willing to help with anything that their customers may need.

Rented 2 units for 6 months. Affordable and secure. If you drop your items do it during the weekday, less people moving in and out, and you’ll have a better chance getting a cart as well. No frills but clean, no bugs or dust, and employees were courteous and friendly. Easy drive in, but again, avoid the busy days and you can park closer to the entrance moving your things. Tip: bring a chock (short chunk of wood 2×4) to stick under cart wheels to keep it from rolling downhill on their sloping parking lot. I got nailed by a heavily loaded cart that escaped from one of their careless customers.

I have always needed extra space … I mean, who doesn’t ! My wife, however, doesn’t allow me to have my toys and tools in our spare room so I’m always on the hunt for a reliable and cost effective storage unit.
I have tried a few throughout the valley area, however, I was not impressed with the large chains. There was nothing personal and they were so cold and expensive.
To the contrary I was fortunate to find enterprise self storage in glendale… What really impressed me was their affliction to each customers needs.
The staff was extremely helpful and presented a safe, secure, and cozy atmosphere that most importantly secured and protected my valued property!
It really was a treat to see great service and amazing facilities in a storage business. I would highly recommend this business.

The Best Storage in town! I have two units right now. My sister has two units right now. I have had units here since 2008. Clean, pest free, great hours, restroom, ice cold water free. My belonging are Safe! The rates are great! But most of all the Service is the Best! Management are very helpful, friendly, and always a smile on their faces. And they go out of their way to get your belongings stored, loaded, unloaded in a timely manner. Don’t have to wait all day to pull in to unload or load. I have used two Public Storage locations in the last two years. And one location on San Fernando„ four units were broken into. One of the units right next to mine on a weekend, and the only reason I found out was to walk up to the Police car and ask the cop, and a man standing near the cop car. I asked the office when I was in there, and the woman said it was nothing. So my friend and me took the really expensive stuff out of the unit. We had just moved and I was leaving town for a month. I trust Enterprise Self Storage.

Very clean and convenient facility. I love the phenomenal customer service (especially Randy) I get here and prices are reasonable.

Enterprise Self Storage has the best service and good prices for storage units in the business. From day one, when I inquired about a storage unit, Randy has been amazing. Randy is the best. He is always so kind, professional and helpful. The best thing about Randy is his «can do» attitude. Whatever your needs are, he can take care of it.
I also like Enterprise Self Storage because is always clean and safe. There is always someone at the location which gives me peace of mind while I am there picking up items for my job.
I highly recommend Enterprise because it’s not one of those chain or huge facilities like Shurgard or U-​Haul, where all they care about is the money. At Enterprise you get fantastic customer service from the entire staff.

I have to agree with all the possitive reviews. This place is VERYchill. The free water bottle and candy for my kids really helps. They both enjoy going with dad to the storage. (ages 11 & 5) I also recieved a free lock from Randy and Amy is as sweet on the phone as she is in person. I also they would expand the hours but they have the best prices in town for an airconditioned facility so I will not complain. I would recommend this place to anyone. No one bugs you and the place looks and smells clean.

Do NOT rent from them. If you think you have a reservation with them and are all set, guess again. I had reserved online and called the facility ahead of time the week before to not only make sure they had a unit for me but the one I needed at the price I had reserved, only to show up with a van full of stuff to be told they didn’t have a unit for me.
The manager then proceeded to offer me another unit at $ 60 more a year and then told me I was unreasonable for not taking his «generous» offer — a unit mind you that was the same size as the one I had signed up for.
To add insult to injury, the stuff I would have been happily storing with them for a long period of time was stuff from my dad who had suddenly passed away last month — so thank you to the manager, Randy, for making this an entirely horrible experience.
It ultimately came down to the principle that the manager was completely unwilling to make good on the reservation I had properly obtained and doubled checked on ahead of time. And Randy, in case you didn’t believe me when I finally told you that I was looking for a little understanding under the circumstances, I’m guessing you just thought I was crying wolf when all you did was ask me what I would be storing and also told me it wouldn’t fit anyway (I had measured ahead of time, thank you) so here’s a link to my dad’s obituary…
