I had the WORST experience here today. I bought a new iphone 5c from them 10 days ago and the phones internal screen screwed up for no reason. I went to get a new one due to it being within the 14 days since I purchased it. The sales associate refused to take it back. The two guys working there, one named ernest, had no authority to do anything without a manager who was not there. They also couldn’t get a hold of him, but when they finally did, the manager said they had to talk to the district manager who was unavailable. Really? Put people in your store that can help customers! I spent an hour or more worth of frustration in that store. The issue was this tiny hairline scratch on the plastic of the phone. I then went to the actual Verizon store and the associate there ordered me a new phone in minutes. They said the scratch was so tiny and incidental that there was no way that is why my phone was acting up. This Digitall store gives Verizon a bad name. I recommend you NEVER do business with them.
