Katie Gluhak is awesome… she has been cutting my son’s hair for years… and he is VERY picky! Not only can she give a great cut she is a Gem!!!

I used to frequent this salon a few years back to get my hair done by Katie and when she left to have her baby, I was left without a hair magician. A few weeks ago I went to a salon and had the worst color job of my life done and when I left crying, the first person that came to mind to fix it was Katie. When I went to contact her I learned she was back and that the salon was under new management, so I booked an appointment. The whole vibe in the salon was very welcoming and warm. As for Katie, she is seriously, BY FAR, the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. Not only that, she is so friendly and personable that I was there for over 3 hours and the time flew by chatting with her. As for my hair, she did an amazing job and seriously exceeded my expectations. She was able to blend everything and fix the color to a beautiful dimensional light golden brown. Now that I am trying to go back blonde again, I will 100% only let Katie touch my hair. If you are looking for a new salon, try this place out, you won’t regret it!

I haven’t cut my hair in probably close to two years… I loved my long locks and after my previous stylist of 5 years left me I didn’t trust anyone near it!!! However my boyfriend has been going to the owner Becky before she opened his salon and told me to give it a shot, she was so nice and available to talk through options and made the experience of chopping 13 inches off not as horrific as I’d thought it would be
I will be using this salon for as long as I can the prices are unbelievable !!!
The place is super cute and fun to be in… everyone seemed nice …5 stars all around can’t wait to go back already scheduled another appointment

Claudia is amazing!!! She colored, cut, and STYLED my hair wonderfully! She prepped my hairline prior to coloring and I did not have any color on me. I left there looking and feeling like a million dollars. I highly recommend her and will be definitely be scheduling with her again when I am in this area.

I went into D’Amante’s and had my hair done by Becky. I have never had so many compliments after having my hair colored, cut and styled.

Found the salon via the web and Unilocal.I let my hairstylist know that living and shopping in area for almost 4 years I had no idea they were there. They are tuck away in the Fry’s shopping center, between the Rubio’s and Steve’s Pizza. Great cut and color. Nice, big, clean salon.

It was my first time here and I had a great experience! I was nervous because I’ve always had long hair and I wasn’t sure how short hair would look on me. But Becky made sure I was okay and did exactly what I wanted. I’m more than happy with my new hairstyle!!!

Katie is an amazing stylist! I wanted short hair, so she went with a pixie. She gave it alot of her own personal creative touch. Perfect!!! Always, always ask for Katie!!! P. S. she gives a great wash massage before the cut.

I was looking for a hair salon to fix the awful bayalge that I had gotten previously and found Becky. Becky was very patient with me and she did an amazing job on my hair. She actually took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted done with my hair and I was so happy with the results of my bayalage. If anyone needs a color, highlights, or bayalage I would def recommend booking your next appointment with Becky at Dmantes.

Katie did my hair a few weeks ago. She did amazing job getting the grey I wanted. Was my first time going to her at the salon. Well be going back again.

First time to salon as we have just moved to the area. Read the Unilocal reviews and got a coupon in the mail so decided to give it a try. Made my appointment on line and got in the next day with Becky. Becky was very nice and was waiting for me at the front desk when I arrived early for my appointment. We discussed my hair in detail before beginning. Becky was very nice and did a great job on my hair that I am trying to grow out. I will definitely be going back to see Becky.

Worst hair cut. Worst hair color and even worse hair blow drying. And they charge a lot.
Never come in here. It’s not even mediocre to say the least.
They don’t even know how to make sure if the ends are even while cutting hair. They wash hair with long nails that hurt your scalp.
You should close your place down !

I love this salon! Today was my first time here and I had the best experience with Meghan. She did an amazing cut, full color, and blow dry. She cared so much during the entire process and cared about the health of my hair. What a wonderful stylist! Very sweet and friendly too. The salon is very clean and relaxing as well. I have found my new salon. I will be going back and recommending to family and friends!

Shannon did my hair and after it turning out a little different then we both had expected it to the first time around she went out of her way to make it right without making me feel guilty about it. It is now a blonde color that I absolutely love :) She let’s you know exactly what she is doing and why she is doing it… which is awesome because then you are not left in the dark. My hair is now a beautiful platinum blonde and she is so friendly and truly cares about her job and what she does. You can tell she takes pride in her work and by far I had the hardest time since I moved here from MN in April finding a stylist that works for me… and thankfully I finally found her :) Yay! I would recommend her (I am a blonde) to anyone in search for a great stylist: D

Today was the second time I have visited the salon. The first time I used Esther, who was alright but the color in my hair was not quite what I asked for. Luckily for me, I saw Shannon today and couldn’t be happier with the results.
Shannon took her time explaining everything to me and evaluating what I wanted my hair to look like, as well as providing her expertise. She did highlights and lowlights on my hair as well as a method called breaking the base (?) (not sure if I got that right). Whatever the heck it was, Shannon did it and it was awesome! My roots were basically lightened in addition to the highlights and the results are great! She also mentioned that it would look better as my hair grows out, which is always a plus. My haircut ended up looking great as well. I left the salon knowing that my hair looked amazing and it was because of Shannon!

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment for my next cut and color. I scheduled online for a stylist, I had to reschedule– so I called the salon and the woman on the phone said that I would be much better off scheduling with Becky. I found that a bit odd, but I figured she knew who did the best work. All the Unilocal reviews had great things to say about Becky, and the salon. The atmosphere is okay. Becky seemed knowledgeable, she was very nice, and personable. We decide to go short with my hair. I had medium-​long hair, so he had a clean slate for a good cut. After my cut, She curled it for me and taught me how to recreate the look at home. It looked great! A day or two later It was my turn to style it– I realized that it was incredibly choppy and uneven. There was even a group of hairs that were almost an inch longer than everything else– on one side. I did schedule to go back in to have it fixed. Becky was very nice about fixing it, but a couple times she made it seem like it was my fault that it looked uneven (I didn’t part it exactly the way she did while she was cutting it, and she told me that if I had flat ironed it, it would have looked better). She didn’t acknowledged that she didn’t do a great job. I swear I would have had a better cut at Super Cuts. And on top of it all, it was way, way over priced for a strip mall salon. $ 75– one color. $ 40– cut. $ 15– eyebrow wax (which I came home and cleaned up with my own tweezers)

I got my Prom hair done here and loved it! My hairdressers name was Brooke and she was so nice and easy to talk to. She did a great job on my hair and I would recommend her for any special occasion.
The salon itself is edged by a Rubios and kind of hidden and I didn’t expect it to be so nice, but on the inside it is very nice and professional. I plan on getting my hair dyed and cut here next time!

I have FINALLY found my go-​to salon! Becky is my stylist and she’s nothing less than a hair genius. She’s patient and actually cares about her clients hair and concerns. She gave me great advice as I have virgin/​never been dyed before hair and my options. She’s the absolute sweetest and I’m so glad I found her! I highly recommend this fabulous salon!

I came here for the first time this past weekend and was very impressed. The salon was very clean and kept up. Megan cut my daughters hair and Ester cut mine. She was very knowledgable and gave me good advice regarding my color! I would highly recommend Ester!

I had a great experience here. My first appointment with Becky was about 4 weeks ago for a cut and color. I decided to try out the salon based on Unilocal reviews, and I’m glad I did. Both the receptionist and Becky were nice and professional. I appreciate the time she spent on me because I have really thick, long hair and I know that can be a pain. I showed her some photos of what I had in mind and she was able to work with that. I love the results and will come back soon!
