This establishment needs to be more organized and really check their ridiculous prices and their customer service while they’re at it. They have 1980s designer shoes listed for $ 200 when I have seen the same ones at goodwill for 6.99. I bought a few items from the estate sale they were organizing(no pun intended) and they gave me a ticket with the amount to go see Jackie outside to pay. Wow, that woman has no manners or customer service. She was having a conversation with someone else when I got to her desk, she just put her hand out for the ticket continuing the conversation(after I said hello how are you) and she completely ignored and continued. Then I said thank you and she still didn’t stop to say anything. She just continued her conversation. Wow! Rude. The others were nice except her. Looks mean too! The day that’s 50% off there was still so much stuff left because prices are outrageous. Who researches these? Will avoid their sales in the future

This has become one of the companies I avoid when I look for sales to attend. Prices are way to high and they are very unorganized. Most things are not even priced and when you ask they will throw out a crazy number based on what, I have no ideal. I know the value of most of the items they are selling and they just way off. They also do not have an organized list/numbers system which is lazy and annoying.

They say that sometimes when you leave, you can never come home. After coming to various estate sales though, I would have to disagree. Ms. Jackie and her staff are extremely kind and welcoming and there collections are fairly priced and unique as well. When my grandmother passed away a few years ago, I was sad that I really didn’t have anything to share with my children except memories. Memories of fresh cakes out of the oven, warm blankets in the winter, the house decorated from top to bottom for the holidays, and treasures that could only be found in a grandmother’s house. I have been to several estate sales held by crown city and have been able to collect things from my childhood. Now my children can experience some of the things that I enjoyed being raised by my grandmother. My home now smells of fresh cake and it is decorated just like grandma did for the holidays. Thank you for your kindness Ms. Jackie and staff and for allowing me to revisit my childhood.

I’ve been going to their sales for over 5 years now and the staff is extremely kinda and fair with how they run an estate sale business. They are not only kind but they are kind and fair with their pricing and also patient with dealing with so antique vintage nuts through out the weekend. My mom and I would rate higher if there was an option for crown city!

Rude, rude, rude! Very demeaning attitude walking in the door. The gentleman ridiculed everyone from the start, angrily stating, «This isn’t grade school, keep moving.» The lady out back yelled at people. Really, you’re so successful you can afford to treat people like poop?

I love this place. It is the right mix of clutter and organized — you get the thrill of the hunt without feeling like you are wading through junk. They have enough medium priced items so that you don’t feel like you are in a museum and everything is out of reach, and sometimes there is something just stellar there. The items turn over reasonably often. They have a nearby warehouse so if you are looking for a particular thing and it isn’t in the store they might still have it. The stock is eclectic — outdoor furniture, antique tables, jewelry, quilts and various fabric items, old photos, dolls, furniture from all periods — last time I visited, there was a high-style 60’s dining set that was breath-taking — sitting next to a Victorian armoire. They have regular hours, but if you need to come off-hours because your guy with a truck is only available then [personal experience speaking here] — they will work it out. I love this place.
