People were friendly and efficient. Told me they would have my visa done in 1 week. No 5 stars because I couldn’t reach a live person to ask if a changed pickup time would be ok. Visa cost $ 8 (money order or cashiers check only). Plenty of street parking (metered).

It seems like they changed their websites, as I was able to find all the information you mentioned in English. However, it seems like travel to Armenia still requires paperwork and visa, which seem so unnecessary. Also, the website claimed that even though the recent amendments to the Armenian legistlation allow double citizenship, they are not currently «in effect»! I thought Armenians are eager to count every head around the world, but apparently they’re not that eager… (:
