As a stylist and salon owner for over 3 decades, My specialties are diverse. Color formulation, and achieving exciting color effects with an overall image enhancing haircut and style (this also includes the least and the most involved color corrections), are my greatest accomplished skills. All ages and services are welcome, always. Other Percision services include: perms, glossing, deep penetrating re-​conditioning of the hair using the most current and amazing technology. In addition are Hair Extentions, customized to any length, and percision color matched.

Business Owner

Connie Bandi has traveled the USA througout her career gaining the most current information in the industry. She hired into the position as Style Director for a 10 store company here in Phoenix, AZ, much of the traveling and passion of the industry excelled her career. Bringing to that company the newest in techniques, through teaching seminars and producing/​directing runway shows of fashion, achieving greater knowlede in the art of «total image designing».

She personally has assisted Paul Mitchell and Jean Braw, of Paul Mitchell Systems, and studied extensively with Horst Rothelbacher and John English of the AVEDA Corp. during her years of Salon ownership.

Currently she gained certifications in Esthetics. Opening Jubilation! A Skin and Hair Lounge, to her successful accomplishments of a lifetime as a Cosmetologist.
