For those who’ve sprained or fractured an ankle, you probably know what I’m going through. It’s been well over two months now since my injury. 8 weeks with fracture boot, 4 weeks with AFO and another 4 – 6 weeks additional with my AFO, physical and home therapy exercises. Granted, I’m not the most compliant patient, I despised wearing my AFO for the first 4 weeks. Because of this, my doctor recommended a more comfortable ankle brace that came in various forms.
I was on my way to the mall, made a quick stop at comfort care to see what braces they carried. I was greeted by a very kind middle age lady who helped me throughout choosing the most comfortable brace for me. She even went on her hands and knees to apply the brace. After two or three products, we came up with the best option and I am thrilled with my purchase and I think my Otho doctor will be too.
Parking located in private lot and staff are very kind and extremely helpful!

Came here on Saturday to buy some colonoscopy bags for my father.
Pricing is similar online but we needed the bags over the weekend and couldn’t wait.
Called them up and one person was looking into stock, while waiting another person picked up the phone and asked if I can be helped, told them someone was already helping me.
Once the first person comes back she tells me she has some stock but not the model I was looking for, I then ask her what the price is to make sure and how many come in a box, she places me on hold again, the phone gets picked up again, then was placed on hold.
1 hour later I arrive and they had the box waiting for me. We asked if we can look inside to see the model type and she opened the box, when we asked how to use the clip instead of velcro like we are use to, she said are you going to buy?
I mentioned to her well you already opened the box, why wouldn’t we if the only difference is the closure, she just gave me a look as if I was talking in tongues.
Paid for the product and was out.
They can be attentive but I think they don’t know all their products and that’s okay, just don’t act that way when asked a simple question. With so many years in this business I am sure I was not the only person that have asked this before. Seems family owned and operated.
Small parking private lot is a plus on a busy Colorado street.
They have a lot of items to choose from for your medical needs.

Sales representative Greg is very helpful, he understands what we want and gives items in minutes, when you come to store ask for Greg your work will be completed in minutes.

Leukotape!
When you’ve decided to open a medical supply business, I think it’s rather important to know what popular items are, in addition to carrying these said items.
I have a backpacking trip coming up and I was in the need of some leukotape which I use to cover problem areas on my feet for the prevention of blisters. While the tape itself is not an unpopular item, it does have a specific name and many times, the uninformed confuse it with kinesio tape which are two totally different things.
Needless to say, I found myself on Unilocal looking for local medical supply stores. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention how many of these «supply» stores answered my request with, «What?» or «What’s that?» I’m thankful I only called a few stores before coming across ComfortCare Pharmacy & Medical Products.
The young lady that answered the phone knew exactly what I was looking for and put me on hold to see if they had any in stock. Less than a minute later, she was back on the phone with a positive response. Great! I also want to mention that the lady who answered the phone had a great phone manner and answered my questions regarding price and dimensions of the tape without so much as a fuss. You could hear her smile as she talked to me.
Located on the corner of Colorado and Pacific in Glendale, ComfortCare is right off the 5 freeway and rather convenient to a lot of the local neighborhoods. They also have their own parking lot which is a plus considering the parking situation in that specific area is always an issue.
I went in today to purchase the tape and the lady at the counter who helped me continued with the friendly service. I’ll tell you, a smile can go along way and if you couple that with a friendly attitude, well, it’ll help you keep your customers. The transaction was an easy one and I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. Really, you can’t beat that.

I needed to find a replacement tube for my nebulizer. I had no idea where to look until my pharmacy said to try this place. I came in. They have various home medical supplies. The lady in front was very courteous. I asked and she delivered! The tubing was exactly the same as the one I needed to replace! It turned out to be about $ 5!

Everyone’s nice here untill there’s a un open item that’s needed to be return the day after purchase. I picked up 4 items that my husband needed as a new RN grad. All items were good but one needed to be returned. Went back to store to return with the receipt the day after. Somehow it became the end of the world for the $ 40 item. The girl behind the counter calls the owner. They had a 20 min conversation in a language I don’t understand. That was rude! She hangs up to tell me they will take back but their’s a 20% return fee!!! I asked why she said because you opened it. I said no I didn’t. You just open this item and now you want to charge me. This item came in a plastic wrap staples around it. Point being not a new item, nor the latest pulse tracker made to make a big deal. In most places in America retailers take items back with a receipt. Walmart also had same item for $ 15 less.
Don’t shop here most of their items have been on shelf for a long time. You can tell lots of dust is on them. I try to support the locals for the most part and I will continue to. But I will also let it be known when I feel a retailer takes advantage of a customer. This place is a joke. They made it such a big deal I took that item threw it away and bought a better one at Walmart for allot less.

The pharmacist Sogol is the best. She goes out of her way to make sure our prescriptions are always ready when we need them. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a free upgrade in pharmacy service.

Very packed and full of stock store. The staff is very friendly. Had a lot of different products which if I needed they would have. Armen the manager was very nice to deal with as well. Thank you very much for being kind and caring.

This review is solely based on the customer service I have been receiving over the phone for my grandma’s diabetic supplies. Oksana is a doll! After dealing with the unprofessional people at Glendale West Pharmacy who have been lying about my grandma’s supplies for months, it is refreshing to speak to someone who actually follows through with what they say. She has called me numerous time to confirm addresses and give me updates on the status of my grandma’s supplies. She understands how important these supplies are to my grandmother’s health and wellbeing. This place is fantastic! Thank You Oksana!

Came in one evening to buy scrubs for work. Plentiful of parking right next to the Pharmacy. The pharmacy was very lively and there was a good amount of scrubs available. I got helped out by two young ladies working the front desk, answering questions of others and mine as well, and also handling the registers.
What i really enjoyed was that both ladies were nice and patient to all the sick customers that were there giving them attitude. They were very kind and helpful to me and i got in and out in no time thanks to there very helpful attendance! Thanks for the black scrubs it fit me perfect!

Going to get a shower bench for my Grandmother and the staff was amazingly helpful.
