Citibank

Fantastic staff, both tellers and bankers. They are always eager to help, and with a smile on their faces might I add. Love coming to this branch. There is a Citi Bank by my house but I always come to this location just because everyone is super nice and friendly.

I AM NOT HAPPY –Citibank, if you had asked me a year ago I would have said I could be a commercial for them.
I had been very happy with Citi bank and told all my business associates to bank with them.
Germaine had always been wonderful and knows me and my company from before it was Citi Bank. I have banked at the same bank which has been 5 different banks since I started with one central which was the business bank of Glendale bank in the 80’s. As most business’s
in the last 5 – 6 years it has been a struggle recovering and recreating myself through this recession. a few months ago I get a call form Citi bank and the person says, you have to pay your bank loan now. I have been paying on time and consistent wit out missing as it is a auto draw. he said it dose not matter, we want to be paid up so we are going to triple your payments and cut off your check protect. I said let me get this straight I have been a good client, no problems, paying on time and my reward is we are going to triple your payments and cut off your check protect,
so this way if I run low I will bounce a check. Great huh. So all my years of loyalty, not constantly changing banks. my reward is putting my company in jeopardy, so I will have to good look for a new bank that wants my business. Please know I am not a problem customer,
or a problematic person. I have paid all my bills through the tough times, did not take any easy ways out of debit and my bank has turned it back on me and my business. I will never recommend Citi bank again. I will pay off there loan and change banks and never look back.

If I could give this branch –0 I would. Horrible service, horrible management. Before they had different branch managers who did not even know they offer direct deposit which I am not sure how they even got the position. Now its just as bad. ONLY 1 – 2 TELLERS EVERY TIME AND THERE IS A LONG LINE. The manager stands there and has a conversation with a customer and clearly seeing that there is a line of people waiting. This branch should close down. It is horrible

I’ve been a long time 30 year customer of theirs and they taken very good care of everything i need. i do online banking so i hardly have to go in anymore but when i do i have a very pleasant experience with them always, never have to wait in long lines.

People here are very tentative n nice.

I’m pretty loyal to Citibank since Bank of America and Chase offer pretty lousy service. This is the closest Citibank branch near work, so whenever I need to deposit a check, I come here.
For the longest time, I would ALWAYS get the same teller. She seemed very nosy and it always seemed like she was looking at every detail of my accounts, like how much I had on deposit, my credit cards, etc. It really started to bother me, to the point that I would tell her I didn’t have my banking card with me, just so I wouldn’t have to swipe it (since all my accounts are linked and visible to her when I swipe my card). I kept hoping to get someone else too. Luckily, I haven’t encountered her in a while (I think she will works there though).

The lady that talked to was very rude. I told her that I called the week before that I was going to withdraw a huge amount of money. She asked me who I talked and I kind of forgot the name and tried to remember the name that sounds similar so it I told her «Giovann» and she kept on telling me that there’s no name like that. She won’t help and kept on telling me that there’s no name like that while giving me an attitude that she doesn’t give a damn. When I started raising my voice and asking her if she couldn’t do anything else or tell anyone to help me, then he manager showed up. She started to act like a sheep & started treating me like a real customer. If it were not because of the manager then I would have pulled out all my money from this branch.

I happen to really like this bank. The bank manager is very friendly and personable. The investment banker is sharp, friendly, funny and honest, and they have the best personal banker in California. Pam! She is easily the most popular personal banker there. Many customers will wait in line to sit with her while other bankers have empty desks. She’s that good.
Tip: Work with Pam. She’ll only recommend what she thinks you need, not something she’s trying to push on you.
