Doctor was very rude. Making my jaw hurt more by pulling my mouth wide open and yelling at me. Never going again.

Overall, this was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. When I made my appointment I specifically asked if I would have to remove my piercings, and I was told no. I ask because my piercings shrink rapidly and I don’t like to remove them. When I got there the first thing they asked me to do was to remove them, obviously upset I tried to explain my situation and the assistant seemed to understand. When the dentist came in he told me I’d have to remove everything before the procedure, and was very rude in doing so. I don’t understand how a septum piercing would have anything to do with removing wisdom teeth, so of course I was a bit upset. I was already very nervous so at this point I teared up a bit at which point the dentist said «oh I know things are just so hard for you aren’t they» in a very sarcastic tone. Very unprofessional and rude of him to do. Then he said «ok well we are going to reschedule for w different day because I’ve had just about all I can tolerate for today» I just have to say that I have never seen such an unprofessional office in my life. He left the room and his nurse actually expected me to reschedule, I walked out. I’m not going to have someone working in my mouth that can’t even give me respect. Turns out I’m not the only one they were rude to either because there was a man in the waiting room yelling about being hung up on while asking for directions. If it isn’t already obvious I will not be going back to this «oral surgeon» again.
