It’s literally meh. I came here for a meeting with some co-workers(I had already eaten) and was pretty disappointed they chose here of all places to gather. If it’s not happy hour, I really can’t justify eating here with all the other great options nearby(Silvi’s is WAY better for group lunches) In the end we had a party of 8, and although the last person got her food pretty quickly, everything else took quite awhile to come out. I only got a small appetizer which was ok, so I didn’t spend a lot of time with the menu. When it was time to leave, I still had a lot of food left, and our server didn’t ask if I wanted it boxed up. Also, one of my friends ordered a burger and somewhere between the kitchen and our table they lost the top bun? Um ok. We laughed about it, and they clearly gave him another one, but they also messed up another order and the whole thing was just sort of annoying. The one redeeming factor was the machine on the table on which you can just pay your check and leave. Frankly I think this is because of the lousy service, and so they can keep the tables full and have a quick turn over. Whatever, works for me!

Now, I’m not usually a fan of corporate enterprises, but this Chili’s is the bees knees despite its affiliation. 2 for 1 frozen strawberry margs have my fancy and anything that I’ve decided to pair with it has been hot, fresh, correct and DELICIOUS. I highly recommend the tableside guac. Its fantastic AND you get to pick what’s in it. Friendly quick service and great food at a good price. Its a good decision breaker. Hit em up.

My girlfriend and I came here for lunch. I got the chipotle honey chicken and she got the mango chicken. Mine sauce was too sweet for me so the manager had them remake my chicken fingers without any sauce. This restaurant is definitely customer oriented and I love it!

Terrible derive and terrible food. Chicken came out undercooked and wasn’t offered a replacement for almost an hour. Where is the service. I’ll never come back. Might as well go next door to chik fil a where they actually know how to cook chicken

Chilis, as many people may already know, is a casual dining establishment with tons of variety on the menu. I am a regular chilis customer but the experience is always a hit or miss, especially the food. On this occasion, it was a miss for a couple of reasons: 1) A fellow guest I was with ordered the Ancho Salmon and not only was is overcooked but the side of rice was cold. Seemed as if it was leftover rice they decided not to cook from scratch because it was the end of the night. 2) I got the guacamole turkey burger w/o a bun(attempting to do the whole healthy thing), which was very good, except I substituted the fries with the healthier grilled spinach and tomato alternative but it simply failed on the taste component. I couldn’t tell if it wasn’t seasoned well or if it was just plain bad. 3) The Queso appetizer is usually one of my favorites and although the taste wasn’t bad, again it seemed like bottom of the barrel as there was a layer of thickened cheese over the top when it came out. Fortunately, we were able to meet the legend server they call«The captain» who was very attentive and provided awesome service. One of the highlights of our meal for sure! The service definitely added another star to my review. Chilis recently made a bunch of changes to their menu, one being healthier options(which I’m all for), and I think they are still making some adjustments. I contribute this to be the reason why it’s been so off and on the last couple of times I have visited the establishment. I will be back(All Day Happy Hour, Come on haha) but I am hoping when I do, they will have improved the overall quality of ALL their menu options. I do recommend going earlier in the day because it seems everything is not prepared as fresh when it’s closer to closing time. Hope this helps anyone looking to dine at Chilis!

So this review is more for the service than the food. Our server was awesome and our food took a little bit longer than usuall Fortunately my boyfriend I didn’t mind because it was 2−4−1 happy hour(which by the way is allllllllll day errr day) and we had chips and queso. When our food arrived, our server apologized for how long it too, although we didn’t mind at all and didn’t say anything and he offered to buy us dessert which I thought was really nice. His manager stopped by and again apologized. You don’t usually see customer service like this, especially within chain restaurants, so I was really pleased and will be returning to this location.

Like everyone I have been going to Chili’s for years… but for some reason I haven’t been in a long time. I was thrilled to see that Chili’s has upped their game. They have kept the things that they have always done well… hamburgers, chips and salsa, ribs, etc… but they have also expanded their menu. I look forward to trying some of the new items.

I love Chili’s and so does my boyfriend! Tonight we came here for his birthday because it’s been so long. I called ahead, and they said they’d have a table ready for us within 5 minutes. We showed up, got a table right by the bar so we could watch our hockey, and got a server with the same name as me(instant friends). Courtney is awesome! She’s super friendly, extremely informative, and accommodates amazingly well. We usually order the awesome 2 for $ 20 or 2 for $ 35(with drinks), but tonight I accidentally ordered a fill appetizer instead of a half order, but she fixed it for us anyway. We had some delicious margaritas that she informed us of for 2 for 1 happy hour, and I asked her opinion of the two appetizers I couldn’t decide on(between bacon ranch quesadilla and the Cajun chicken pasta). She said both were delicious, but the pasta I’d get a little more for our money. Needelss to say I’m going home with tons of leftovers. Also, the 2 for $ 35 meal we ordered came with a free dessert AND my boyfriend got a free one for his birthday. Plus, my boyfriend got a free double birthday shot of gin. My table was a little sticky, but she wiped it off frequently for us too. Overall, I had a great experience tonight!

Not a huge fan of the dine in option. This place gets a 5 star for the middle aged woman that always helps us when we have a to go order. She’s so nice and always gets our order right.

Came here because we had a gift card. I dig the buy one get one drinks. Chili’s is always fairly the same wherever you go. Overly salty but very affordable food. On this particular occasion the bartender was not very friendly she seemed like she wasn’t in the best mood. The service was decent until we were trying to pay and leave and it took longer than it needed to for us to get out of there. If you sign up for their email alerts you get a free appetizer almost weekly.

It’s nice to sit out on the patio and people watch. It’s chilis so don’t expect more than what chilis has to offer — if you want something more unique and Denver based. Then go somewhere else. Otherwise enjoy what you get for the level of quality a typical food chain can provide.

Would you like some Fries with your Salt??? Have you ever felt angry with yourself for spending good money on a bad dining experience? That’s exactly how I felt after eating at this Chili’s. In fact, I wouldn’t mind going 12 rounds with myself in a boxing ring — just to get it out of my system. Better yet, I wish I had just thrown in the towel before ever eating here. Chain restaurants often spend most of their money on advertising, interior design, and menu development, leaving little to nothing for service and food quality. This trend holds true with Chili’s. The waiters generally have too many customers to offer competent service. Furthermore, they have absolutely nothing special to bring to the table, as the food is subpar. My waitress didn’t have a bubbly, super-helpful personality, but she wasn’t ill-mannered. I can deal with no frills service, as long as it is adequate. Unfortunately, this was not the case. She seemed to utterly disappear after two drink refills, only to return at the end of the meal to pick up the plates.
Do you like salt? Let me rephrase that. Do you really, really love salt??? You’re in luck! Chili’s puts pounds of it on everything! I accidentally dropped a french fry on my seat and it looked as if a salt shaker had exploded. My Mushroom-Swiss Burger looked fantastic, but there was enough salt in and on the patty to send a slug straight to Hell. Did I mention that the buns were stale and hard? The buns were stale and hard! I’m just gonna go ahead and say pass on this one. Heck, not all Chili’s restaurants are bad. I’ve eaten at some decent ones, but on average they are lackluster. Instead, spend your dinero at a local eatery. They generally have better food, better service, and higher aspirations for the customer and local community.

I can see why others would be put off. 7pm on a Friday, the kid(host) tried pawning us off on the bar. Our waiter seemed more interested in his other tables, took our order and disappeared. Our food came out,(we got the 2 for $ 20, chips & guac, margarita chicken, bacon ranch quesadillas). The chips & guac are fine, husbands chicken is «not bad», the«bacon» in my quesadilla? Insanely hard little rocks piled in the center, I nearly broke a tooth! Waiter shows up, so I tell him; «Yea, the bacon is kinda hard. I’ll tell the manager.» Manager comes over; «I hear you don’t ‘like’ the quesadillas? I explain the hardness to her. «Yea, it is a little hard. We make our bacon fresh here.» She gave us a slight discount No wonder people don’t like this place.

We decided to take our kids out for dinner since we were in the area. Usually chilis is pretty good about their food and service. NOTTHISPLACE! We were seated pretty quick for a Saturday night at 6pm. They were pretty scarce.(Should’ve been our hint to turn around and leave!) Ordered off the 2 for $ 20 menu for the husband and I, we got the Texas cheese fries and he got the carnitas fajitas while I got the honey chipotle chicken crispiers. It took 30 minutes for our appetizer to come out, and by the way that’s a joke of an app, 15 fries, very little cheese, bacon bits(the hard red fake crap) and half a real bacon shredded. Our kids got Mac n cheese(can’t screw that up right?) WRONG. Mac n cheese was clearly played and sat under the heat lamp for way too long, our son said it tasted like plastic! The fries were horrible, extremely over seasoned with salt & pepper(and was requested no seasoning and left plain). We received our entrée dinners an hr after we were seated, my chicken was old(started turning the dark brown and the fork couldn’t stab it!) not to mention the sauce just straight burned your tongue when you try to eat it! So I asked if I could get the plain crispers, with a side of honey mustard instead. Waiter said no problem. Food was brought out not 5 minutes later but they poured the honey chipotle sauce all over it. So needless to say… It didn’t get eaten. My husband was eating his fajitas and then at one bite he was coughing pretty bad, they didn’t evenly spread the seasoning of peppers all over the carnitas. It took 10 mins to flag down another waiter to get our waiter. Mind you, our table was never checked on after orders were ordered, food was brought out, but he can be seen flirting with the female waitresses at the menu computer not 5 feet away! He said our bill will be taken care of($ 35) but no, he only had $ 8 taken off the bill. Both adult entrees were not eaten. We even left a $ 3 tip which we felt was too generous. Service sucked, food was horrible the only thing that was nice there was the scenery– OUTSIDE. Never going back to this location, makes me not want to return to any. We just may not. Hungry folk looking for food and prompt service shall avoid this place, you’ll have better luck at another restaurant even faster service at shot gun willies!

Four of us headed to Chili’s during our recent trip to Denver. This location is a little confusing in that the parking lot is located behind the entrance and you have to walk all the way around. There is however a side door for the To-Go orders, which unknown to us is not to be used. We walked in to the To-Go entrance and I went over to the waitress standing at the podium and was ignored. One person in our party was disabled and can’t stand for long periods of time and another, pregnant. It was a weekday afternoon and was pretty empty, so we sat down at a table. No sooner were we ambushed by the host, that we were to have entered through the main entrance and that open seating is only at the bar, blah blah blah. I told him I was ignored by the waitress who I greeted, but this did not concern him. Our waiter was fine and the food was typical Chilis, but we were all a little tense during our meal because of the host’s over reaction. I’ve worked in restaurants before and totally understand that self seating can cause issues with the distribution of tables, but seriously, dude? Chill out.

A Chili’s is a Chili’s is a Chili’s, but I tend to like them, and this location was no exception. They’ve gotten rid of some of my favorite entrees(chipotle blue cheese burger, I miss you) but I’m always a fan of their food. They’re packed at lunch during the week, but a friend and I managed to find some spots at the bar. Our waiter was good about getting our order quickly for us so we could get back to work on time, but had a weird freakout when we asked if we could have our chips and salsa while we waited for our entrees. My buffalo chicken salad was as good as I remembered, with yummy crispy chicken, fresh lettuce, and not too much dressing. My friend had a side salad and corn on the cob and was happy with both. A good spot for a quick lunch. It seems like it empties out around 1 though, so I’d suggest making it a late lunch if you don’t want to rush back to your office.

I understand that there are many servers out there who don’t like having one-tops in their section, because there’s a(wrongful) assumption they won’t get much in the way of a tip. Mike, however didn’t seem to mind. He treated me respectfully the entire time I was there. The person who was either assisting him or giving him his break was notably less friendly. Hopefully Mike got the majority of the tip I left. Chain food, so there’s nothing to really write home about. The chili is pretty good for a chain, but the potato soup is awful. They could at least add a hint of white pepper or something to give it some flavor, but it is just plain bland and bad. Mike gets 5 stars; the food and his helper get 2.

I’m not usually diving it at chain restaurants, but when someone gives you a gift card to one of those places, you use it. God, I wish they had given me a gift card somewhere else! On my way home, I decided to utilize the gift and place an online order for pickup. The online ordering process was simple enough and it allowed me to schedule a time, for what I thought was pickup. Not the case. I arrived on time but the order did not spit out of a machine that no one was even around until I arrived, so I spent 20 minutes staring at what every soccer mom must dream their den would be decorated with. Pure nastiness. The only redeeming feature of my experience was how nice the waitstaff was. They seemed frustrated with the system as well. Well, maybe it’s time for a change? I eventually got my food and it was the guaranteed averaged experience that Chili’s and other similar chains are known for. Lesson learned — a re-gift of a gift card is not always the worst thing and may save some hassle.
